“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“This place is amazing, I scheduled for a dna testing with a lady name ms Yvonne she’s the supervisor and she was amazing very nice spoken, and she booked my appointment and scheduled the appointment with ms Angela she was a very nice well spoken lady, I asked her some questions and she answered all my questions in a nice polite way. We went on a Wednesday and we got our test today on Monday 12:22pm, I highly recommended this place. If u guys need a dna test done this is the perfect place to come to, the price is worth it all! “Booked an appointment, when I arrived I was unfortunately late. They still took me and I only waited in the waiting room for maybe 2 min. Renata was my phlebotomist and she was extremely kind and the stick was flawless. I was in and out in about 10 min. I will only go to this location from now on.”
“It so quick! We were in and out in 5-10 minutes. We spoke to the doctor virtually and the nurse gave my son the rapid pcr test. In less than an hour the doctor called with the results and got an email. They emailed the results to the school nurse too. Highly recommend!!!”

“i have been filling my prescriptions at nucare for many years. they have a friendly and prompt delivery service after 3pm daily. the delivery man has been with them for years and is friendly and courteous. cindy at the counter is super sweet and accomodating. mike the pharmacist is knowledgable and approchable. this pharmacy or as my mother would call it "drug store" has an old school neighborhood feel that rarely exists anymore.”

“Excellent client service. I was attended to by Noemi, I didn't have to wait almost anything for them to call me and prepare me for the service. In my case they had to draw a lot of blood, and the staff (Noemi) made sure I stayed hydrated by providing me with water. I was even asked to wait a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problems that may entail drawing a large amount of blood for analysis. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and professional. The best labcorp in New York./Excellent costumer service. I was attended by Noemi, I didn't have to wait at all for them to call me and prepare me. In my case, they had to draw a lot of blood, Noemi made sure that I stayed hydrated by giving me water. They even asked me to stay for a few minutes before leaving to anticipate any problem that comes when there's a large amount of blood being drawn. All of them were warm, professional and kind. “I was a walk-in, checked in at 8:31am and out at 9am.
Before the visit, I confirmed with my doctor he sent my order, walked in 8:30am, used the self check-in kiosk at 8:31am, there were a lot of patients ahead of me, at 8:52am I was called to verify all my info and doc order, was told I would be called in soon, 8:56am I get called in and walking out the door at 9am.
No hassle, didn't get any type of attitude from any of the staff, i was treated courtesly and in a professional manner, the phlebotomist was quick and I experienced Zero pain, I would have rated it 5 stars if the facility wasn't so small and cramped. The employees can only work as best they can with the equipment they are provided by corporate.
5 STARS: for staff and wait time as a WALK-IN (without an appointment).
1 STAR: for facility, it is way too small for the amount of people that show up at this location, cramped and it needs upgrades.”
“After having a terrible experience at MedRite, I went to Optimum and I am so happy I did. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Sixsmith was thorough and seemed to genuinely care. I was seen immediately and taken care of. They even took extra measures to make sure I was 100% ok. I have to go back to get staples removed, but I really trust them and if ever anything else arises, I will make them my go-to for urgent care.”
“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”

“I made an appointment here for my 6 year-old after we failed miserably at getting his blood drawn at the allergist. While he was still terrified and started crying seconds after he sat in the chair, the phlebotomist was so calm and methodical in her approach that it was done in just one try and literally took just a minute! “For starters: this is not the place to go if you are trying to squeeze in an appointment in your busy schedule. When you make an appointment expect a15-20 minute wait with a potentially longer wait if it's busy. Be mindful that there's only one person working at this location.
However, you will receive wonderful service. The office is clean and sanitary. The lady who did my blood draw, Katie was an absolute delight!”
“The two nurses at the office are the most thoughtful and caring personnel I've ever met. I didn't feel when my blood was being taken. The reception area is warm and welcoming unlike other lab offices and is kept very clean. I am glad I found this office.”
“My doctor recommended I have three x-rays, two ultrasounds and a CT scan, which I was able to have scheduled the next morning. (I was so happy to be scheduled so quickly, as I was very nervous!) Everyone, including the ladies at the front desk, especially Yolanda, were all so kind and even got me in for two additional tests that I needed. The technicians and nurses went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, especially Irene and Karen. Dr. Maklansky was so kind to me when he discussed my results with me. The best part was receiving my (good) test results so quickly after I had the tests completed! I highly recommend NYMI for any imaging testing you need to have performed!”
“There's a lunch break from 2 - 3 pm, according to the employee I spoke to (male). If you are a walk-in, you should get there no later than 5 pm (on a weekday). The employee (male) was very nice, and my experience was good. (FYI, there is a TV in the waiting room.)”

“In a raggedy run down building but the kiosk check in is straightforward, I was brought in prior to my appointment time and done in less than 10 minutes . The phlebotomist whose name I didn't catch did an excellent job finding my vein, sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a good one when I get blood drawn. There's a Quest right down the block from me so I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but they didn't have availability when I wanted it and this one did - and it was also on my way to where I work on Mondays.”
