Overall the work done on the car was good. But one of the headlights that was suppose to be replaced was faulty so i had to come back to get that replaced. When leaving with my car that time my dashboard was turned off and i was unable to turn it on by pressing the usual button. I would expect the car to be checked prior to receiving it back. They noticed that the sticker was left on my new grill said it would be removed when i brought it back. Brought my car back as they paid for my Uber to work which i appreciated but i had to find a way back to pick up my car no fault of my own and i work in the city. When i came to pick up my car the sticker was not removed and residue from another sticker was left on the grill. They proceed to remove the sticker by scratching it off with tool which could possibly leave marks on the newly put on grill which i did not like. A few days later i also notice papers that were not mine left behind in my glove compartment and compartment in the front seat left behind from the work done. Which is unprofessional these should not have been left in my car. Like i said overall the work was good. Not sure if i would come back.

Mancuso Auto Body shop is the absolute BEST and I am more that pleased with the work done on my car! I received email updates regarding the progress of the repairs on my car. Velma and Caroline are just amazing! They answered all of my questions and are both very professional and courteous. I will only bring my car to Mancuso Auto Body for the best quality care for my car.

Mancuso Auto Body is by far the BEST auto body shop in the area. Caroline, Velma, Ralph - the whole staff is absolutely the kindest, most helpful & reliable team. They are extremely quick as well with their service - had my vehicle ready in under a week!

Unfortunately my husband has been involved in two accidents, both not his fault over the past year or so.As luck would have it we found Mancuso’s. With both accidents Karoline has gone above and beyond to help the process go smooth. Nick’s work on his truck has been excellent as his truck is looking brand new. We are very satisfied, obviously we have been back after the first accident. Would highly recommend, it was a no added stress experience.Service: Body & Trim

I am beyond pleased with the quality of the repair and the service that I received. From start to finish, everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely seek their services again in the future if needed. My experience with getting an estimate was horrible. My vehicle was there for (9) days, and the estimate was not prepared still. It would have been a better experience if, from day 1, they said it's outta their realm as far as dealing with the type of car and repairs needed. Just as mention previously in a post 6 months ago by another person in the reviews. They strongly suggest to "total" out your car, if they don't know how to work on it. Don't go here if you want your car back. Smh. Poor business habits. Just be honest upfront and say you're not comfortable in doing the repairs instead of wasting people time. Time is something we all can't get back!!!

Very professional shop and office!From the wall displays, it appears that the concern is active in the local business district.They are artists in graphic displays applied to automobiles and motorcycles.The office and customer waiting amenities include hot & cold water dispenser to make your own tea, coffee ... possibly instant soup?For entertainment, while waiting, one can enjoy commercial-free country music!Yahoo!All of these customer amenities plus from appearances, first-class collision and vehicular customization.As a final note: Mancuso's body works is an active member of the US Marine Reserves "Toys for Tots" holiday activities!527 South Fulton AvenueMount Vernon, NY 10550If possible ... I am posting this to try to get the attention of the owners. I am currently the owner of a car that you have been fixing for two weeks. I got a notification that my car's engine IS ON and has been been on for 45 minutes (now over an hour) and that it is unlocked. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE SHOP ASAP and turn my car off. Place is horrible they work with insurance to try and total out your car by adding unnecessary things to estimate while you have no say so. Estimate was completely wrong almost cost me to loose my car. His father would be disgusted to know your scamming business. Not certified in German cars don’t bother wasting timeService: Body & Trim
