“The staff I worked with here was very kind and empathetic. I was here the day before Thanksgiving returning an insane load of Amazon items for a job. It was so chaotic and difficult that I literally broke down into tears while hauling all the items into the store. The staff saw me struggling and everyone started to help me out. One of the staff members (I regret not asking his name, but it was employee 256250 on the receipt) went out of his way to help me go through each return code and even carry huge packages from the cargo truck parked outside into the store. The whole process took 3 hours, and in between helping other customers, the staff made it possible for me to get all the returns done in time.
