I gave him 5 star for his outstanding service when our car broke down in the middle of the night when all other car rentals offices were closed. We had our car fully loaded with college dorm stuff when in the middle of highway our car broke down. We searched nearby area when only Tony’s car rental service was open and he was ready to rent us a car in a reasonable price. He was waiting for us in the night around 10:30 when we Uber to his place to get the car. We were able to load everything back in Nissan Sentra and headed to Boston the same night. Thanks to his service and his flexibility in terms of payment (on top of that our credit card was not working) we had a car that night which led us to our destination safe and sound. Can’t thank Tony and CacaceNY car rental enough , always grateful for that.

The service was amazing! The car was very clean and well maintained before I picked it up. Every time I had a question or concern, I got a respond within 5 minutes. Definitely will be renting from them moving forward

I saw an ad on Instagram, replied and got an instant response from the owner, not to mention my product was delivered in a week! Place your order when you need services this company provides, because I doubt you’ll receive this level of customer service anywhere else!! My car care kit is high quality, and is going to be an excellent Christmas for my son!
