“This PC Richard location has been here for a while. It is two levels and is spacious. Sells everything from TVs to coffee makers, headphones and beyond. Usually the help there is pretty good at helping you pick out or find what you came here looking for. I have purchased tvs from here and other things. Recently it has not been crowded here, which means not having to wait on any lines.”
“Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.”

After the old frig was removed, the older Josh was on his hands and knees cleaning where the old frig had been.Young Josh brought the new frig up the stairs with great care and set it in place perfectly. The entire process exceeded my expectations.They are the best.”

During this massive heat wave, my 87 year old mother's ac went out, we called him at 8am and within 45 mins he had a new unit sent over and installed it too!! Not sure what she would have done without Him!! Truly a blessing and very rare you can get customer service like this anymore. I highly reccommend this store and staff. In the past also he has come thru for us many times, Thank you so very much from us and my mom!”

“We moved from NJ to PA. Dave did such a great job replacing the wood stove at our NJ home (approx 6-7 years ago), we asked if he would install the same wood stove in our new home. We just enjoyed our 1st fire and it was a quality install once again. Dave is a perfectionist. Takes care of everything. So tidy as well. My husband and I would give him 10 stars !!!”
“Frankie went above and beyond his role to help me find a solution instead of selling products in the store's inventory. He even reached out to his team for some recommendations/solutions, and responded on the following day. The cashier was also awesome, he noticed that I was looking for Frankie while checking out another customer and notified Frankie to assist me. I was looking for a faucet adaptor that's no more than a few bucks, and Frankie/his team demonstrated great customer service professionalism in compared with several other plumbing stores which just responded "we don't carry this type of adapters."”
