The manager of this establishment prioritize uber over actually customers and the poor guy working the night shift is alone so he couldn’t let us in and watch the store at the same time. TRASH! HIRED MORE EMPLOYEES

They don't have small & medium cups and pushing me to buy large cup. Employee is very rude and no customer service at all. I visit several 7-Eleven and if they don't have small cups they always charge for small. But this store is very bad.

I love 7-11 for the super fresh coffee but each time I've come here there's an excuse for why one of the coffee machine's are down. It's getting to be like the McDonald's ice cream machine 😩

Every online order I place arrives incorrect. I'm either missing items or items are being substituted because they refuse to cancel the order if there isn't a suitable substitution.
Would give zero stars if I could.

My experience at this place the worst. I just went to get some coffee and I notice coffee taste different. I ask the employee. Did you got coffee this one just taste like water. The employee just look at me and said that is Coffee. I answer her back that is not coffee that just water. Employee don't even bother to make new coffee...
