I rated 42 Broad St W apartment 5-star apartment in all respects including cleanness, amenities, location, and most importantly the management/maintenance services. I really feel warm welcomed to “home”.

They have a private company picking up construction trash with a garbage truck that uses an air compressor, in the middle of the night. The City says it's not their truck, that I "could" go down 7 flights from where I live at 2 a.m. and get the trucking company name. And then what? Call the police about the noise. Since I posted previous review, the truck has been spending less time running its air compressor.

There was nothing thete but a construction site if a huge retail infastructure that isgoing to be ooened. It'd right off the cross county highway entrance and exit and next exit from Yonkers out for spectacular mall the cross county. It kinda all ties in making this area a retail makeover that was so badly needed in Fleetwood.
