Dr. Jiao is the best there is. He is always honest and truthful, please don't hesitate to make a decision in seeing him, even if you are too far.
Unfortunately, I got to him too late, but don't make the same mistake. He cares about your babies and will do whatever is possible to save them. He is wonderful and compassionate.

Honestly I don’t suggest this place at all it took me so many times just to get in contact with them because apparently their phone line doesn’t work anymore but when we walked in for our appointment I waited in line which of course isn’t a problem until one of the nurse spoke to me with a lot of attitude and brushed me off after I told them why I was there. And the place smelled like nothing but pee and poop I understand when your pet has to go but the facility could’ve at least mopped or cleaned. Not to mention the future and “desks” are just wooden boxes at least one of them are which is odd. Then the vet did nothing but talk over me and didn’t even let me add anything to my concern for my dog he talked loudly and with a some rudeness behind his tone of voice and I’m not the confrontational type so I just stayed quiet despite me being concern for my dog so please if you know what’s good for your pet please don’t bring your furry friends here at all!!!

I just moved up here in the neighborhood. Dr. Jiao has an amazing bedside manner. Unfortunately, my 15 yr old little buddy (cat) Michi had tumors and cancer. Dr. Jiao was compassionate and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. He treated both of us with great care and dignity. I feel grateful to have found an amazing Dr. to take care of my other baby girl kitty

I noticed my dogs tail was down during our walk, and she was unable to jump on to the sofa. I texted our vet, who believed she had limber tail syndrome. I didn't see any improvements a week of her taking the medication, so the vet told me to bring her in. I was greeted by wonderful staff, and after examining our dog, Dr. Jaio reassured me that she did indeed have limber tail, and it could take up to three weeks to heal (which it did!)
I'm grateful for their patience with me, as I sent panick texts quite often. They were all professional. Thank you!

Dr Jiao is so knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve brought my chihuahuas to be seen by him a few times and I definitely recommend him to everyone. We’ve moved abroad and the process to travel with dogs is stressful but Dr Jiao made sure to tell us what to expect at each step, easing our anxiety. Thank you, Dr Jiao!

I’ve been taking my pup in for allergy shots. Dr. Jaio is great but he does tend to speak a bit fast. He’s always willing to answer questions and throughly explains things. Some visits may be pricy but it’s worth it to have a healthy pet.

Dr. Jiao is awesome. We had to put our beloved, 14 year dalmatian to sleep. Dr. Jiao helped us through a really rough day by being compassionate and understanding. We will never forget his kindness and we are continuing to take our other pets to him. The best thing that ever happened to us is meeting Dr. Jiao!!
