I consistently mail my letters at this station however in the last month 3 pieces were not delivered. I went back to the post office to inquire why my mail was not delivered and was informed quite rudely that there is nothing that can be done because mail get loss or destroyed at their sorting station.

Employees are friendly. My packages arrive faster when dropped off here than at my local post office in Coop City.

Non existent customer service. If you ask any questions, the clerk gets easily agitated and cuts you off if you don't immediately accept whatever he shares. Zero willingness to help a customer.

Mt Vernon postal workers are great if all you need are stamps. Horrible customer service with rude and arrogant staff and supervisors who do not follow the rules of the US Postal Service. Missing mail with zero accountability and behave like they have no training at all. It's such a disgrace and disservice to this town. We need to start speaking up and STOP Postal workers from playing God with our mail! ACCOUNTABILITY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worse, zero customer service, dirty and dusty office, no self service kiosk, most envelopes are behind the counter therefore you need to wait online to grab an envelope then wait online again to mail it.

When I went to this post office, they were super nice. I decided to go here as opposed to my local post office because of the location and the hours. I had to send a package right before I started traveling and this allowed me to do it. In the city, the clerks are normally terrible with their customer service but at this location, they were so helpful and I ended up being able to mail all of the items I had to mail !
