Excellent customer service on this visit. There is a young African-American guy at the UPs counter who is very efficient and cheerful. The cashier was also very good.

This review is for printing/shipping. Extremely inefficient and lax customer service, forget the 2-hour option. Impossible here. Calls to store are unanswered. If you choose to use this location, go at your own risk and allow at least 72hrs turnaround time for your projects no matter how small.

The cashier was very friendly. Very nice guy. The women working the UPS dept, not so much.
