Went in for a Spectrum Mobile SIM card and was told that I am not an authorized user. When I called customer service, they indicated I am an authorized user. They may not know what they're doing there. Had to go into Manhattan for help. They told me in Manhattan that they receive a lot of Westchester clients. There is also no free parking. Only metered parking.

I sign up for Spectrum internet service that was $49.99 a month for 3 Years. Before signing the contract, I reconfirmed with the store associate that it was $49.99 a month for three years. Now, at the beginning of the third year, Spectrum Internet raises their monthly bill to $64.99 a month. I called their billing Dept and they are saying that my $49.99 is ending, charges went up, and go read your contract. I believe that Spectrum is practicing deception and entrapment and is unethical business practice. Also, I have no way of getting out of my contract. Definitely going to another cable Internet carrier. Plenty out there. I place an official compliant with the FCC, FTC and BBB. Big company like these should be fine heavy for fraud.

Opened my account going on a year now, my representative at the time was Derrick. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.

Horrible location. Miserable manager, worse customer service rep. Nothing worse than a black girl thinking she's white going against another black woman. Refused to help me. Horrible, if there was a negative star, THIS LOCATION WOULD HAVE PLENTY.

I had to wait 36 minutes just to pay my bill and it only 1 person ahead of me and only one counter open. And the other that worked there choose not to help me and she told me to wait until my name was called just for them to charge me nearly $300 for only one box and one modem. SMH I'm canceling this account in the next few months

I visited the Macquesten Pkway site on Saturday and the customer service was exceptional. Employees were friendly and very helpful

They get two stars because they greet you when you come in, however the rest of the service needs help. They are not as knowledgeable on their policies even for simpler situations I'm seen them talking to clients abut. Ad for my situation we got an answer but we were told one thing from one associate and something completely different from another. Lastly the store is well kept which is how they got the second star.

Painful!!I'm a brand new mobile customer and was physically in the store , when a store rep who could not help me told me to call customer service. In what world does this make sense... I'm at your store where you are there to help customers and you tell me to call customer service.
