THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST RESTAURANT DEPOT IN THE WORLD. I dread coming here which is why I always go to another restaurant depot and purchased two heat lamps there. Except I had to bring my child to a doctors appointment nearby. I brought back lamps Unused unopened that both stores carry. By policy, they are supposed to accept the return. The “Manager” BARBARA and I use that term loosely (she looked homeless, if she was sitting outside smoking a cigarette I would have put a dollar in the cup) comes out speaking derogatorily in patois thinking I wouldn’t understand because of my skin color. Boy did she get a surprise. I will be writing to corporate regarding her racist actions and if they are going to accept this behavior and blatant disregard for company policy.

Appointment 8am, arrived 8:10am, it's already 4pm and have not received even a dock . They make you to stay all day here if you are late even a few minutes, terrible place

Tight dock area, was given dock five but with a truck in dock four and a pole/transformer was not going to attempt to dock had to wait for another door.

GPS will tell you to make a left on Fulton Ln. Don't, that's how you get out. Small entrance on left past Fulton Ln.

Friday. Appointment 11:00am. Now it is 1:20pm. Still no door given. Their most popular sentence: “WE GOT NO SPACE!!!”… Managers pay attention on SPACE to put the stuff you ORDERED!!!! Or do not order that much if you gonna hold truckers all days or sometimes it costs weekends when delivery is on friday!!! My NO GO PLACE since today!!!

Made a delivery here.arrived a day early and was allowed to park in lot overnight as long as I didn't block docks. My delivery appointment was 5 am. Did not manage to make contact with receiving until 7 am. At 7 was given a dock assignment and unloading was quick. Paperwork in hand and leaving by 730 am. Employees were pleasant. My biggest issue is being unable to check in until 2 hours after my appointment time

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at Restaurant Depot on 02/20/2024. My experience was far below the standards I had expected from a reputed supplier, leading to significant inconvenience and operational setbacks for my business.
I had a scheduled delivery and arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, expecting a smooth and efficient process. However, the reality was starkly different and deeply frustrating. Despite my punctuality, I was made to wait an unreasonable length of time before being attended to. It was not until 2:30 PM that I finally received a door for my delivery—a staggering 5 and a half hour delay.
This delay had a ripple effect, severely disrupting my business operations and causing considerable stress and inconvenience. The lack of communication and adequate support during this waiting period only added to the frustration, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.
I had chosen Restaurant Depot with the expectation of reliable and professional service, but this experience has severely shaken my confidence in your company. I urge you to address these service shortcomings promptly and ensure that such an incident does not recur, for myself or any other customer.
I look forward to your prompt response and actions to rectify this situation and prevent future occurrences of such disappointing service.
