I love coming to this Parts Authority because they’re so helpful and make it so easy to obtain parts. Any issue that I’m having, no matter how big or small, they’re always there to walk me through it. I’ve been coming here for the past 2/3 years now, and have gotten many different parts - from brakes, rotors, parts for suspension, coils & all - and they always have it readily available. I just want to especially shout out the manager there. He’s very professional and you could tell he’s there for the customers. Definitely check out this Parts Authority, you won’t be disappointed!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my car and as embarrassed I was to go and return it, they made me feel more than welcome. The manager himself overheard me taking to the cashier and he came over reassured me that I am not the only one to do such thing. A
nd that it happens all the time. I definitely would recommend.

Prices on parts are hilarious they charge more then dealer for off brand or aft market parts. Stay away you have been warned.

I purchased a fuel pump assembly for a 05 Chevy trailblazer which failed three days after install from sales rep Darren the heavyset African-American man with a big (TOOTH)at the Mount Vernon store when I call to order a new assembly and I told him the situation he had a nasty attitude and told me I get what I paid for insinuating the car parts are garbage unless you're buying the real expensive parts my car broke down in I had to spend $180 on a to bring the car back to Mt Vernon then an additional $200 to reinstall a new part because I purchased it myself to the mechanic shop Tony and Victor's after paying $350 for the first I live on the budget and had to borrow the money from my brother and to have nasty customer service when I'm the one financially in the hole is unacceptable I spoke to Kevin the manager who was very nice but unfortunately his staff isn't

Can I give no stars??? I have been back and forth with my mechanic 3x trying to get the correct brake pads for a 2019 BMW. Gave vin number and all! This is ridiculous! Whoever is in inventory or putting together orders need to be retrained. Wasting time and money!

called 3 times for pasrts evey time PARTS AUTHORITY either never came or came with wrong parts .They pass you around from branch to branch.
