After 10+ years in the industry, I have never come across a better, more reliable, professional, or efficient moving company and crew. They were understanding, flexible, efficient, and truly cared about our install being as successful and stress free as possible. I trust them implicitly and will be using them for all projects moving forward! They treated our pieces with such care, they kept their unreal positive attitudes even with TWO broken elevators...resulting in 5+ flights of stairs...they never complained. Jacob, Frank, and the whole team made the impossible happen for us! I can't thank them enough!!

V v good experience. These guys worked incredibly hard, had a great attitude and were always polite and helpful. On the middle day of our job they put in a long, long shift and at the end of the day, fairly late, they were still smiling, and in good form. No major damage, or breakage of any of our properties or our personal items. We would use them again.

Had to change dates for the move a couple of times due to delays on finishing our new house, no problem for them. Found them very easy to work with.

Morris Moving & Storage is the best. I just hired them a second time -- this time for moving my home from NYC to White Plains. The whole crew was professional and polite. They worked neatly and finished the move ahead of schedule. No damage to the buildings or my property. This last move was my least stressful move ever. Excellent job!

All around professionals who were friendly, communicative and attentive to the work they were doing. They packaged all moving items with care and made sure to label all boxes clearly. The transition was smooth and for that I am grateful. I was very impressed with everyone who took part in our move- thank you Jacob for putting together such a wonderful team. Paul, our foreman was great- he kept the team moving forward and they did not stop- they were awesome- thank you Grant, Milton, Sam, Frank and their was one more gentleman whose name has slipped my mind who was great as well. Thank you to all.

OMG..I am inclined to believe the myriad positive reviews are from the rich and famous. As I was told small fries don’t count only over one hundred thousand dollar moves are considered. My dilemma!. I called to inquire about a small move based on the reviews. I was abruptly and condescendingly chastised by CS reps Suli and the other uppity I think Jennifer that Morris Moving and Storage only dealt with high end and upper class clientele. WHERE IS THE ZERO FOR DESPICABLE?! .

If you have a storage unit, don't contact this company. They shoved stuff into the unit and not being responsive. Turned fridge on it's side and packed it this way. No customer service and not professional. Showed up 3 times with packing supplies and now telling us we were scammed by another company. So face and person was impersonated. Will never use again or recommend. Just awful

Glorianne Olivencia was an absolute pleasure helping me with getting a quote for a move. She was always available if I had any questions and followed up after the move as well. The movers were absolutely delightful. So friendly and reliable! They did such a great job! I wil continue to use them for myself and refer them to anyone that is looking for a fantastic moving company.

Dennis and Terry did a great job of moving my very heavy (but still fragile) antique cabinet. They arrived on time and wrapped it beautifully with several blankets and cardboard to avoid damage to the glass doors. They were super careful going up and several sets of stairs and didn't so much as knick a wall or door frame. Robert Morris was easy to work with - and flexible too which I so appreciated because my move dates were fluid. I would use Morris Moving and Storage again! Janice L.

Really bad moving service. Firstly, they got a small truck and two guys. They were supposed to finish the shifting in three hours and took six hours. One of the guys was not even alert. It seemed like he was unwell or on something. I am not very sure but he was super slow. My husband had to help them out in loading and unloading the stuff. We have used movers earlier and never have we had such a bad experience with any of them. Secondly the guy kept complaining about the stuff. Very very unprofessional moving company.
