The staff at Med Pharmacy are so helpful and caring. They go the extra mile getting authorizations and making sure that the client get the right prescriptions. They have a delivery service that works very efficiently making sure the meds are delivered on a timely manner. I recommend them %.

I love Medsplus. They will go above and beyond for their customers. If they don't have it in stock, they will order it for you. And they also have delivery service and curbside service. The staff is amazing Chintan, Ali, Adriana, Diego, Rei and John. They make you feel like you are family. They know their customers by name, face and voice. Soon as you walk into the pharmacy they are saying hello there. Your medicine is here and ready to go for you. I have been with Medsplus for over 10 years now. And I love them. They are the best.

This is the best pharmacy! The customer service is great and everyone is super knowledgeable about the medicines and they always have what I need in stock and offer free delivery when I need it. Love my free calendar too!

The worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been too. They had zero interest in helping or answering any of my questions, all they wanted was to ring me up and get paid. There was one decent soul who helped me out to my car, which is the only reason I'm marking 2 stars, otherwise it would be zero stars. Shameful to treat customers as you did who come in there for help and are worried about their I'll family members and you can't find the time to answer simple questions about your product.

Very courteous and convenient hours. Unfortunately, I recently purchased a blood pressure monitor but the cuff did not fit the arm of the person I needed it for. They would not allow me to return it, nor was I allowed to exchange since I also needed to purchase an additional item. There is no signage stating they do not allow returns/exchanges, nor is the return policy printed on the receipt. At the very least, I should have been told that it could not be returned or exchanged at the time of purchase, which would have definitely impacted my decision.

I went to this pharmacy in regards to getting my mother a transport wheelchair and they were very helpful. I have registered my mother with this pharmacy and I love that they provide delivery service which makes it very convenient. I have since changed MedsPlus as my pharmacy.
