I wanted to take a moment to thank the floral arranger that made a solid standing heart for my nephew's funeral. I placed the order through 1(800) flowers and it was you at Graceland Florists who made the arrangement, it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you on behalf of the Cruz-Bonet family!

Was in the store several minutes. people looking away as if they didnt want to help in back, another walked right past me and my daughter and somone clicking away at the computer. No greeting nor Offer for help. We waited patiently by the counter for any kind of acknowledgment. Seems like they have a prejudice toward dark skinned customer.

An arrangement was sent using 1-800-Flowers to a family member from S.C. to NY
and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and they stayed fresh for days.

Great selection, a bit pricey and make sure you join the line after selecting your flowers. They forgot to mention the line and I had to go to the end of a ten person line even though my flowers were really.

Received a Mother's Day arrangement- arrived last night at 10 PM ! I was already in bed when driver rang my bell. Did not want to open the door at that hour to a stranger- so I asked him to leave on the door step . He left it right against the door- making it impossible to open the door without overturning the vase. What a mess ! Flowers are wilted and the tea roses are already brown.

I just received a Mother's Day arrangement from my son I feel so bad to tell him how horrible it looks Mostly green foliage and very few flowers Looks like a child just put branches in a vase Very disappointed I'd hate to know how much he got ripped off!!!

If I could give less stars I would. I requested my wedding bouquet. Explained several times how I don’t want regular flower. I asked for eucalyptus, caspia & green buttons. I sent a photo, the girl in the front even called the florist because I said mostly eucalyptus. She said to charge me extra because of the eucalyptus. I picked up my order and it was a monstrosity of flowers I did not want and guess what. No eucalyptus Then I was told they haven’t had eucalyptus in months. Months. Incredibly disappointed. The bouquet was so big I wouldn’t have been able to hold it through the wedding. Horrible experience. Nobody knows anything. Do not use this place!!

If I can give zero for a rating, I would this place is absolutely horrible!!!!! I ordered flowers via floral delivery site in which I received an email stating that my flowers were delivered the delivery time 5:55 pm. I called the floral delivery place, (FTD) to explain that my flowers were not delivered. They reached out to the florist of which they (the florist) said it was delivered and they would have to look into it to see where the Flowers were delivered . By contacting the driver contacting the driver which would take a while. The driver reached my house at 6:20 and he handed me these flowers that I did not order they had four little roses that look like they would die within two hours more Greenery than roses. I told him I did not want the order. I asked him to reach out to the florist which I spoke to the florist on the phone myself. The manager/owner whoever the individual was I spoke to over the phone was very inconsiderate. I explained that I ordered my mom because today is her birthday and she’s dealing with a lot in which my dad is very sick and cannot celebrate with her at the moment. he told me Oh, well everybody has problems This is America???♀️I asked him is that what he tells all his customers who file a complaint he continue to be rude and condescending calling me everything but my name sweetheart, and darling I asked him several times please address me as the name that is on the order form. I’m wondering how he’s been in business for 30 years as he stated. I told him he’s right this is America when we get horrible customer service, and people who run businesses that shouldn’t run a business. This is America where you can own a business and scam your customers. Which is exactly what you’re doing so don’t tell me nothing about America. I asked the delivery person for the address I looked up the reviews and I see why he has a two star rating 2.7 to be exact . This is the most horrible place to order flowers or do business with in general they don’t sympathize with their customer they only care about money and they don’t care about nothing else. I sent the flowers right back, and I had to let him know my review/complaint will go further than Google . I also reach back out to FTD and inform them that this florist is a joke they do not care about that customers. Their customer service skills is horrible and they need not to do business with them. This is not the first time that my family has had an issue with this florist. This is like the fourth time that we had an issue with this florist please stop using this place.I called back to speak to the manager and the individual answered the phone told me they left already, and are at another site ??♀️another site. (That’s a damn lie ) so not only are they horrible but their workers cover for them this place will not be in business long.30 Years of garbage. I advise anybody to stand clear of this florist.?️They are horrible, inconsiderate money, hungry trashy place That will take your money and tell you this is America very Tacky individualsI wouldn’t send my enemy flowers from this place. That’s how horrible this place is, they send you scraps from Whatever is left over from trimmings. They had the nerve to send my mama, a corsage ( Long stem before you cut them to make them into a corsage. That’s what my arrangement looked like )??♀️?and a tacky vase that was from the dollar tree These people are pure crooks and clowns!!!!!

How does this Company survive with the quality of service you give Customers.You take orders know there are NO DRIVERS to complete the orders,oh yes the word I'm looking for is GREED.Then you don't pay any money pass lunch.You give the driver the impression that the route is short & when they realize there working for 10 hours & only made $60 they quit & it's on to the next victim.

Very long story short. My first arrangement was $70 from 1800 flowers and what I actually received was laughable so I asked for a replacement. When the replacement arrived I was told I would have to give the original one back. After some back and forth I obliged because I was not going to argue with the delivery driver. Turns out the delivery driver works for the florist and according to 1800 flowers the florists get angry and ask for a return of the original merchandise to spite the customer. Said delivery driver accused me of stealing roses out of the original arrangement before giving it back to her. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. Be careful when purchasing from 1800 flowers in the lower hudson valley because it it likely the order will go through them. Be prepared to be embarrassed of what gets sent on your behalf.
