Joe gave us amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth experience. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone. I have been to other well known storage facilities and I have never had such an attentive and personable person help me. GoodFriend Self Storage is lucky to have him on their team!

I love that place, the best storage place, I was with extra space for 8 years and if I had known it before I would have moved sooner, very clean, Melanie and Joe always look for a way to accommodate you and explain everything to you, very good communication and good vibes ♥️

I have rented a unit for approx 2years and everytime I go to the storage the bathroom doesn't work. And, the employees refuse to allow you to use the one if the office. All of this was pre-corovid 19...
