I went to this pharmacy for a DMV eye test in July of 2023 - I just received a letter in the mail from DMV stating that my eye test was never submitted and my license will soon be suspended. I called the pharmacy regarding this issue and was told to call back later and was given a wrong # to call back by Ahmed. I called the pharmacy directly and was told there is nothing they can do to rectify this situation, and suggested that it is my fault as to why it was never submitted. Ahmed hung up the phone on me when I started asking for a resolution. I paid cash and was not given a receipt when I paid, as it is expected of this pharmacy to submit my DMV eye test once completed. Extremely unprofessional and lousy customer service here - would never recommend coming here to anyone.

Just please make sure when you do business with these people you put a straight forward, I did a Covid test back in January they told me that I was negative I was feeling really sick and very ill, The same day my daughter had to call the ambulance and when they told me I was positive I was really bad and they did a test charging me $50 and told me that it was negative the people are weird, they have the most nasty attitude had this beauty from my bank and they said that they have all the evidence he say oh you should've has spoken so me before doing the dispute and the bank, I called them five days straight back to back leave a message they told me that he was gonna call me back and nobody will call me back, One thing I tell you they do moles we're disgusting attitude I ever seen and a business I've been all my life in this country and I never seen a place so unprofessional so disgusting so rude, besides that they are selling things that they expire make sure you make check all your merchandise, They lied to you they play games with you make sure so anybody don't go to so this Pharmacy because you're going to regret it I'm telling you they are very very nasty very unprofessional they need to go back to school I don't know why country they come from whatever country they come from they teach these people no kind of manners. no my next thing is going to small clai court because I have to do what I gotta do $50 might not be a lot for me it is because I work really hard for my money and they gave me a resol that it was in truth they told me that I didn't have covet and I was with Cove at 19 so I'm gonna go all the way whatever takes me for my $50. I might sign Petty for $50 but at the end of the day is my money and I'm not gonna make a piece of s*** people rich or they what they are.

I found out that this pharmacy does rapid COVID testing. I'm not sure if you need an appointment but waits can't be long.

Well you just lost a VERY LOYAL customer!!! VERY discriminatory!!! Imagine having a big sign that that they do Covid testing and I went in there to do a rapid covid test. They asked me if I feel sick, not realizing that trick question, they claim they only do for work and travel. I said I have a mild cough. I just wanted to do the rapid test as a precaution and they absolutely turned me away and told me to go next door. (mind you I volunteered that information). If I felt like I needed to go to the urgent care CLEARLY as an adult I could decipher that! WHY don't you put a BIG sign and stop that say, only administering tests for WORK & TRAVEL wasting people's time! How discriminatory!! I went there twice yesterday, I called twice, at no point did anyone say that they do this only for work or travel! If you are offering a service be transparent! Oh the excuse I was given was that they dont want to get the person doing the testing sick.......SIRS you sound absolutely ignorant because then she is in the wrong field. Its sick people coming into a pharmacy all day long to pick up medication NOT WELL PEOPLE FYI SIRS!
