Galo the store manager is excellent. I felt very comfortable and confident about doing business here. They are super professional and kind. I been to the Mt. Vernon location twice now. Aneuryr is the employee who assisted me on my last visit. I couldn't be more greatful for him on my most recent pawn. They are very fair and considerate with pricing. They go above and beyond customer service. If you have any questions, you should call. They're patient and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. Really can't say enough wonderful things about GPB and my experience. My only advice, is to bring some quarters for street parking, which there is plenty of. Gem Pawn Brokers is the best in the business in my opinion. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
