Guy towed the car and parked on street instead of their yard. Promised me that they will pay off the tickets incurred when the car was under possession, but didn’t. Fraud company stay away, plenty of good towing people other there.

I recently took my vehicle there for the first time for an oil change. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience.

I highly recommend First Star Automotive! I had my van sitting at another mechanic for a week. I finally went and got my van and took it to First Star Automotive on Tuesday afternoon, and they said they could work on Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, I had my van back and in great working condition!

Pretty chill spot for the way tire places like this tends to be. I may have lucked out. The work they do may be limited, but they know it well and stock lots of stuff. Easier than the other big chain I used to stick with.

The guy told me $250 to tow mu vehicle to queens, than when we called Geico to give them his information he told Geico $650 + taxes almost $800, this company is not honest and are a ripoff? Don't trust them

I broke down late night in new Rochelle and I looked up towing company's and got first star automotive and they responded quickly and came to my location to pick up my brand new Mercedes s550 with a flatbed that i requested . Towed my vehicle to the dealer damage free. Thanks guys
