I have rented from the Mount Vernon location twice this month. I will tell you it’s always packed, but they certainly know how to move the crowd so that everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints. Everytime I go I usually have the pleasure of working with Eugene or Shantel. They are tremendous helps! I definitely will continue to rent from them.

They make you wait a long time to then tell you they don't have a car for you. Happened to me twice. I didn't even want to go there the 2nd time but went anyway just to be disappointed. Go somewhere else skip this place

I was initially told I had a black four four sports car ready for pick up and received a mistubushi suv with shocks so bad that I think I shrunk 1/2 inch after driving in the Bronx for a week. One week into driving I am forced to return the rental due to high mileage. Yeah, I have nothing else to do. Last but not least!! My contact was for $27.45/day, signed for this price at pick up, at drop off, a new unsigned contract was submitted to my insurance for $36.91/day and an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $121.90 was made after returning the vehicle. As if a car accident and rental etc isn’t an inconvenience enough— let’s add 50 unnecessary phone calls with redundant explanation to the toll. Thanks‼️

Enterprise in Mount Vernon, have warm and welcoming staff who are transparent about the rental process. I would recommend them to any family and friend who are in need of a rental. Thank You once again for the excellent service that I have received.

Waited for over an hour for a car before I finally left and cancelled my reservation. Called my insurance company to let them know about the situation just in case they already have a stack of complaints! I rent cars often because I travel a lot and have been in crowded airports and didn't have to wait this long. For me this is poor customer service and this doesn't include the time I had to wait before being waited on. Never again!

I am truly dissatisfied with the service at this location. First thing you walk in and nobody greets you. I stood there for about 10 minutes and nobody came to the front desk and the staff saw when I walked in. The staff will look you up and down walk right past you. Then when someone finally comes to speak to you they have an attitude and a don’t care demeanor like none of them wants to be there !!!! My reservation was set by insurance and enterprise made it difficult to get the car!!! I had to go to this location on 3 different days and when I thought it was all sorted out I get there and they guy says that they don’t have the class car that IThe insurance booked and that I need to pay a difference to upgrade!!! I had to call the insurance agent who spoke to him and then he said it would be a 20-30 minute wait!!! 30 minutes passed and that’s when he told me the car is not ready and would take a while to be ready. He told me to leave and that he would call when the car is ready!!! I still haven’t received a phone call and cannot do anything productive because I am in limbo about picking up the rental today!!! I pray I never get into another accident because this has been a truly stressful situation that was heightened by Enterprises’ disorganized employees!!! I will never return to enterprise and I hope someone sees this and chooses to go elsewhere!!!!

First time at this rental place and I gotta say it was nothing but a pleasure. Staff is nice and friendly. The reception guy, to the guy that drove us to pick up our car rental both were very polite gentlemen. Well organized and on point with everything. This will be my new spot for car rentals. Love it!

This enterprise location is by far the worse place you can visit to rent a car. Their fleet of cars are in terrible shape. The customer service sucks and each worker needs to be reevaluated to keep their positions. If you value your hard earned money and time, you would definitely be better off renting at another location or better yet another rental company; there are plenty around.

Workers are friendly and funny. It’s a popular place so they didn’t have much inventory. When I arrived my reservation could not be fulfilled because they didn’t have any more cars. The guys asked me to wait until about 3pm on a Friday because people start dropping cars off. I left and came back and the parking lot definitely had more cars available. They had a wide range of styles to choose from.

1 hour and 20 minutes wait to pick up a rental car that was scheduled through car insurance and confirmed with location staff a day earlier.Enterprise designs their rates to be predatory so you still have to pay out of pocket. Be certain your insurance covers all of the rental. I would have went to hertz but it was too late to change my mind. Shame on the staff for deceiving me and telling me it wouldn’t cost me anything out of pocket during my initial confirmation phone call.That said the car was nice and drop off was a breeze. They randomly charged my credit card a month later with no follow up or receipt. Had to call them to have them send me a receipt.

Thank you to Eugene, Adriana and Chantelle. Three amazing humans i worked with in order to rent my car. I had a lot of needs and had many requests and questions. they were kind patient and just went above and beyond. their kindness and helpfulness made my experience all the difference. I appreciate them so much. It was truly a pleasure to use enterprise thanks to these individuals. we need to practice clapping for those who kill it everyday!!! thank you guys.
