Pharmacy lines are too long. Representatives and pharmacists in the pharmacy department are not courteous at all. The rest of the staff at the store are usually helpful.

Open late. Always a helpful associate standing by the self-checkout stations to help expedite. The store is well stocked. Pharmacy lines are short and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful with questions and requests. Note that the entrance at the corner of Fleetwood & Grand is permanently locked. You will need to enter this CVS via its parking lot on the W Grand St.

The staff at CVS are very helpful and friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them and I would like to see the pothole fixed at the CVS in Fleetwood New York.

The bald black girl with the pillow case on her head and the other girl with the braids at the pharmacy receptionist area had no idea what they were doing and were extremely rude . Seemed like they were doing something illegal cuz the only time I have a problem with my meds is when they show up

Pharmacy staff are very unprofessional most have a bad attitude and their lack of interest in helping customers is very obvious. They told me my insurance was not working when it was and they clearly just didn’t want to be bothered and looked at me like I was lying when I told them it was working. Had to go there again the next day and waste my time simply because they didn’t want to do their job and try verifying my insurance again.

This CVS is a mess! No one works here. The lines are always long especially in the pharmacy. No one comes when you call for help. They don't answer the phones. The workers that do show up are useless and don't know where anything is in the store.

My visibly 8 month pregnant wife needed to be vaccinated against RSV and the pharmacist Mohammed misrepresented the facts about needing a prescription for vaccine or it's for seniors only.We called corporate and they confirmed NY State passed a law in which pregnant women are 8 months can be vaccinated without prescription. The rest of the staff refused to help or misrepresented the fact she had a appointment and then complained about problematic customers to the next customer for 20 min.Another CVS in Yonkers had no problem confirming and vaccinating my wife.

Low key (or maybe just regular) racist and unprofessional. If you’re not white, they can’t be bothered to do the minimum. Called corporate and confirmed they wrongfully denied me a vaccine I needed during my pregnancy for my unborn child. That will be my first and last visit.

If you’re looking to buy milk here, run, don’t walk away. It will be spoiled. Apparently the staff doesn’t care enough to check the expiration dates, because to them you are just a number.I automatically downgrade to one star when I see a company placing profit over people. Fortunately, this is the only CVS that has this problem - the one on Central Avenue is actually nice.
