TSS gave me a great price for both screens and fixed them both the same day. Great, friendly service and I was able to turn in the phone for a $350 discount on my new phone. So even with repairs I ended up with a profit, thanks to the very professional service I got here.”

“So grateful to Brian, the owner of this store. My train to NYC was coming in ten minutes when I realized I'd left my (ancient) Macbook Air charger back home... an hour and a half north. I stopped in to DoctorMac to see about purchasing a new charger; Brian said that he didn't sell any compatible with my computer anymore, but he HAD saved a few that people turn in for exactly this reason. He went to a back room and returned with a perfectly new looking charger, which he insisted on giving me for free. My work trip to the city was saved. It's little moments of kindness like this that make all the difference!”

“It’s never been anything other than great Serbia and awesome experience meeting someone at the Apple Genius Bar. This time, however Eric, was not able to offer a solution other then replacing the AirPods that most likely seen their life! They were a first generation set I bought 5+ years ago. The trouble shooting was thorough, and I a learned a few helpful hints just by asking a few questions. I’ll remain a solid faithful patron of Apple products. Will probably by a new Apple Airpod Pro once the budget justifies the expenditure :-)”
