I visited this branch today and was disappointed/ annoyed because the drive through hours of operation say 9-5pm on the window yet no one came to the window even after waiting 10 minutes and beeping my horn. I could see one teller inside so I went in because clearly that was only way that I’d be serviced. There were three tellers working and I waited on a short line behind one other person. I mentioned to the teller Frank and then Brandon that they should at least put a sign on the window if no one is available to help during the posted hours. Ian, the branch manager was helping other people or else I would’ve told him directly too. Overall, the practice is inconsiderate in general but even more so because this isn’t the first time this has happened to me and today I had to go inside pregnant and with a toddler.

There customer service is rude. Every time I go in there I always seem to be asked to wait and they put somebody else in front of me.So much for being a private client.I hate going there and having to interact with anyone in this branch. I walk out every time. I'm glad I have money in other banks and I can take my business elsewhere.

Unsure of their business decorum. Initially they were going to complete the form I presented to them and then the "bank manager" quickly changed their mind. There was no reason given other then "we can't" for their decision not complete a form that was accepted by another chase bank. There may be implicit bias here.

So like I said I went to another bank and I was barely in the door when the bank associate ask did I need help she listen to my problem she canceled my card got my money back order me a new card she had me speak to a financial advisor about my retirement coming soon its a shame with a lot of these companies your service can depand on which branch you walk in but Claudia Isnardi took great care of me if your in mt.vernon and you need chase bank help go see her stay safe ..

Mt.Vernon now only has two Chase branches and by far this is my favorite they are professional and helpful always im happy to go to fleetwood to do my banking

A terrible branch - I was on the phone to them for half an hour to find out how I can pay an invoice in Hong Kong, and at the end, they told me to come in and that they would issue a bank draft for me. When I arrived, I was told that they discontinued bank drafts 2 years ago and can't help. A day of my life totally wasted!

Despite many years of being a loyal Chase business customer, they have done absolutely nothing to help during this COVID-19 crisis. After insane hold times and useless transfers, no one in customer service can answer my questions and when I call my home branch in Fleetwood, no one answers the phone. Disgusted.

Mr. Peguero helped me a few days ago with a few things on my account (including getting a new card promptly since mine was destroyed). He was personable, professional, and quick with getting the job done. This branch has always been helpful, and it always brings forth a great experience.

Wow this is such a horrible branch with phone customer service! I seriously do not believe at 10 am midweek all the bank representatives are busy and teh phone keeps ringing.
