Scheduled an online phone meeting w Christian Ricourt, Chase Bank, Mt. Vernon, NY for 9am today-- was confirmed via Chase email. There I am, sitting there and of course, No Call!! No call at all today!! Chase Bank insists on hiring these types, who have NO regard for the client, and should NOT be authorized to talk to the banks clients, large or small-- at all, or the public!! Have had similar problems with the Pelham, NY Branch as well. Chase would be well advised to just shut these branches down. Tom D

Terrible customer service. Go in the to get disrespected and disregarded by bankers even when an appointment has been made I sit an wait for 1-2 hours. Bankers sit there without helping people and allow the waiting area until it got to about 10 people with me being there the longest for 2 hours. This is to the point there is no where to sit. Banker went on break and two bankers left from there desk yet did not come back for the entire two hours I was there. So break is 2 hours now?? They doing everything else it up instead of helping people to get people in and out. It’s customer services at the end of the day. 1-2 hours is ridiculous and it has been on multiple occasions along with other things that isn’t even worth bringing up because this is it for me. Negative 5 stars if I could .
So sick of this bank. Been in there about 5 times in the past month to 2 months and every time I have to wait HOURS. MULTIPLE HOURS. Why?

Big bank about 8 windows and only two employees on the windows and 10 plus people on the line which kept getting bigger. There were ppl complaining how long it was taking. Unacceptable the amount of employees for the windows being used. But once I was finally was seen, the teller was nice, helpful and made feel valued.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I've been sitting here in the Mount Vernon location waiting to open an account for nearly 30 mins they are all laughing being jolly security guard is just walking in circles going outside smoking his vape pin.. this location is horrible and should be shut down

WORSE BRANCH , MANAGER ERIS GALO TURCIOS IS SO MEAN, HE THINKK HE OWNS THE BANK, HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE POINT I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE.. FOR YOUR IINFORMATION , MASK MANDATE IT'S NOT A LAW, AND IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL. YOU'RE SEGREGATING AND DISCRIMINATING ANYONE NOT WEARING A MASK .THAT IS ILLEGAL
