Never in my life had someone tell me they couldn't take a cash payment. And exact cash payment no change needed. Because they were switching cashiers. I come here all the time and feel so disrespected by this. It's not rocket science. Mind u I was about to spend 50$

Okay. We can all agree Dunkin' has bad customer service. But this one is the absolute WORST!! Like the WORST. The WORST OF THE WORST. the employees are MISERABLE and you're on the drive thru line for a minimum of 20 minutes.... with 2 cars in front of you. Just when you think it's the home stretch and you're about to get your coffee at the window, they forgot your order..... Cmon

They are the worse Dunkin' I have every been to. The staff is rude. The service is horrible! For a Dunkin that has been here for a short time I would rather drive to Boston road and Conner street than return to this location. They need to be trained on how to be more customer friendly. The manager is no better this franchise is going to lose because of the quality and behavior of the staff.

This has to be the most ghetto staff you can possibly imagine. The owners to this location need to spend more time supervising their staff before that business runs into the floor. I had someone at the drive through window this morning 12/11/18 around 9am with the ugliest attitude. You place an order and get to the next window hand you prepared oatmeal in no bag?? You ask about the drink they didnt give you and get an attitude when you ask them. Honey learn how to speak and say something as simple as were working on the other drink, people cant read minds and you've already made me late because you can't pull up everything at the same time. This hasn't been the only bad experience it's almost always that theres some type of attitude issue or even best when the staff there feels their personal conversations come before a customers order. Were all running around trying to get to our jobs but no it's like watching kids trying to get to listen to your demands when in fact it's a business. Its repulsive to see grown woman be so lazy at their work place. Get real grow up or get a better job, people dont need attitudes that early in the morning. NOTHING YOU GET HERE IS FREE SO STEP UP YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GAME FACE AND ATTITUDE ON.

If your craving a late night snack don't bother visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location. We waited in the drive through about 30min.....while the girl on the registered counted out her register. She was rude and we couldn't understand anything she said.

So it's 8:49 and the sign at the store says 9:00 pm so I get they are ready to close but I just wanted some donuts .. now I got to travel to another one very inconvenient. And once I got to my car they decided to turn off the lights .

This is the worst Dunkin donuts I have ever went to, girl at the window, if I should call her that, was very rude and needed to look for another job. Will never go to this Dunkin donuts again. find someplace else to get your coffee.
