I specifically called into this store to ensure that when I made the trip they had the scooter I was asking for. They made me PURCHASE IT online to make sure it was available, only to arrive and they tell me it’s not available?? This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. The manager Taquan could care less about my experience. Seriously wth is going on, who promoted this guy? This is who you have running your store ? zero customer service or care for your patrons. DO NOT waste your time coming to this Best Buy. DO BETTER

Wasted 2 hours plus gas to come to this place. I placed an online order for pick up. Usually when there are few in stock it will say so. Here... they do not update their inventory so everything shows up as available. When you order pick up it says available for in store pick up. Once you arrive and are waiting, they will tell you our of stock. Seriously just update your inventory.
Maybe it's a scheme to get people to come here.

I'm only doing this because there is a young man there that went beyond to help me, something one of his colleagues didn't even try to do. Elhaj I hope I'm spelling the name right if not please forgive me, Elhaj save me 2 hours of my day by going out of his way to help me pick up my purchase, that's the type of energy that makes people like me visit this store again and spend my money with a smile on my face, thanks.

I went to return an item from another location that was purchased two days ago. The manager on duty refused to take my return and told me the reason why is because “HIS” store will take the hit. If you need help with returns never come to this location they will racially profile you
