No lines at noon on a weekday. Teller at the front saw I was having trouble with the ATM and immediately offered to help. Completed my transaction at the window. Friendly service. In and out in 2 minutes.

I have been a customer of this company for 10 years. And only in this branch have I had a problem with the employees, the customer service is very bad?. and the ATMs do not work, this is the second time that I make a deposit in the machines and they do not process the transaction, and when I call I have to wait more than 20 days for them to put my money in my account. It is a shame that such a large institution has machines that do not work (ATM). And the worst thing is that they don't care whether or not we have commitments such as mortgage payments, financing or simply food for the family. and the most insensitive thing is that they don't care about helping to resolve emergencies and only say "you have to wait for them to review cameras and processed transactions." They play with our own money?

today I came here to the staff, even those who serve the ATMs, they are 0!attentive and not professional. I even saw ups waiting a very long time for a single package. If you are attentive you will notice the lack of responsibility in this place.NEED TO REMOVE STAFF

Bad attention.
If you do not have a vocation for customer service, do not hire those types of people who give a bad reputation.
I went for platform attention. Appalling. With that, there is no desire to ever return.

The worst bank you can find. The people who work here, each one says something different about the same problem, they don't do anything to help you, in fact they do it to make it difficult. The other day I had to go to Cross country BOA because they weren't able to solve it here, where the managers told me about other people going through the same situation. And there the problem, in fact it wasn't even a problem and it was solved at the same time. Unfortunately, the bank that takes the loss for putting poorly trainee, they seem to be paying to work there. And their answer is always the same, call customer service.And right now, I'm waiting to close two of the accounts that I still have here, and the two managers walked into a room over twenty minutes ago, and now when they left, they went to attend to people who were after me, and they passed by me like if it wasn't there, and the man, after I said that I want to close the accounts, told me, sit down and wait.And two months ago I opened my accounts at Chase bank, the super professional attendants, kind and always willing to help.

I am a new customer, and initially my first visit was not very positive. Second time around it was truly superior. Maybe you just got Antonio on a bad day, but he truly was a blessing to me and helped me with everything and it was quite a bit to do. I have since called him on the phone to talk with him about certain things and once again customer service was excellent.

After waiting over 30 minutes in line at the branch it turns out that the teller ill-advised me, prior to depositing the check I asked the teller when the funds would be made available, she told me the following day. Four hours later, I got an email from BoFA stating that funds will be available in 7 days. That's a long stretch from what was initially communicated to me. The representatives are useless and pointless all reading from a script. No one takes into consideration the error they made and the inconvenience and tries to facilitate the customer will a timely solution. Definitely closing this account out. Not even worth a star.Not to mention the fact that no one picks up the phone, the branch is understaffed evidently.

Furthermore, I never thought I have to go through a lot of problems with them. Today on December 1st at 2:00 am I check my account turn out that they took majority all of my check which had left me with reminder negative balance. Before that I saw in overdraft into my account I call the customer services about two weeks ago to get it resolved. But, however, the customer service representative didn't help make it better stating I am still responsible for overdraft payment which was impossible because I haven't gone overboard with nothing.Bank of America is not for me anymore, you guys are scammers, disloyal, and you guys definitely not for the community for anybody.For the New Years for 2022 I consider I will no longer will be part of this bank anymore. Please for anyone who have Bank of America right now do yourself a favor, run away!!!!

No welcome at all. They act like they don’t want to be there. No customer service at all. The tellers are RUDE.There is a young guy, he is the worst one.I am working in Upper Management and don’t like to do that but you will lose business if it stays like that.More training are necessary for them.

Teller and manager need training. I’ve tried to open a joint checking account, and they were not clear about the documents needed. After a good 45mins of reviewing our information and documents, ended up asking for an additional document that was not specified beforehand. Just wasted our time pure and simple

Lines always long and they only have one teller. This branch is under terrible management. Do better Bank of America. People should not have to wait 30-40 minutes to get something small done.
