He will come to ur house/apt if u r selling something, which is a huge plus, especially if what u want to sell is big or heavy. He does the evaluation on the spot. Unfortunately he didn't take any of my things, which was a bummer, but he only came to appraise -- no promises. I cannot report on buying from him since I have not done this. But I think he may have an actual shop/storefront somewhere in mid Westchester. U would have to call because I also believe it may have moved or else he has two locations. Nice person, straightforward, won't waste ur time.

I contacted Adams Unlimited this morning with a question about a piece of furniture I had. Josh got back to me very quickly and gave me a complete answer based on his expertise so that I could make my own decision. I had contacted another store like his first. Their response was very vague and not helpful at all. They never answered my follow-up question to them either for more clarity. So thank you Josh and your team at Adams Unlimited for excellent customer service to a complete stranger! I highly recommend this company.

Any excuse to use Josh’s service again will only be my pleasure.His appraisal of my 1900 Arm chair was thorough.I am in love with his courteous brutal honest and the way he express he them with such class is inspiring. Prompt to reply, considerate and professional, Josh was really wonderful to work with in selling the contents of a relative's apartment. He quickly answered my calls and e-mails, scheduled a meeting within a couple of days and showed up exactly on time! He was patient while discussing the various items - I asked a lot of questions - and so helpful in guiding me through a process that can be very unsettling.

Josh came by my home the other day to check out some items I had for sale. To say its a pleasure in dealing with someone like him is an understatement. The professionalism that Josh brings with him and his integrity gives you a sense of hope and renewed belief that there still are businesses and business owners that put people and developing a long lasting relationship before money. Josh should be used as the business model for how business should be conducted and what businesses used to be like in this country!
