“Really loved going here until they started leaving old produce out and putting things that are no good on sale just because price chopper is running a sale.I don't eat a lot of cold cuts, but it's another thing I prefer to get here, normally because they cut it how I want (I'd rather have shaved ham any day rather than what some people consider 'thin'). I always specify 'paper thin' or, as thin as you can get it. Because you never know if they will show you the first piece, have it be fine then the rest nothing like it. This is not a huge request from me, the customer. Teach the deli people how to use their slicers properly and it would be no big deal at all.Point being : it's $10/lb please cut it the way I ask and when people that can do it like I ask are surrounding you, it's not a good look to say you can't do it any thinner. I felt real bad for the guy besides me a couple weeks ago who bought 50 dollars of roast beef shaved and didn't look. I was right after him and know he didn't get it shaved. These kind of practices leave a bad taste in a customers mouth especially if they're a regular. Luckily they will let you return it, but I never do. I just hope they fix the issue, which they don't seem too worried about doing. I guess I'll have to stick with the people I know can do it from now on even if I have to wait which isn't fair to the person working imo”
