She had great work ethic with felt comfortable that she understood my needs as a mother and person in this economy also kept myself and son well informed along the way about timing and next steps. She was so amazing my son needed to be in school Friday and she came in on her off day to take care of everything for him! If that’s not amazing service what the heck is! “My family has been going to G&M since I was a kid (I'm 34 now). Their work is always quality, their prices are good, and I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Can't recommend them enough.
I also never feel talked down to as a woman dealing with automotive issues. If I have questions, they take the time to thoughtfully answer them (like when I had to learn about how carburetors differ from fuel injection systems when I bought an '85 Chevy S-10 and the helped me get it tuned up).”

“I would like to personally thank Larry! We were traveling through the area, about 1-1/2 hours from home when our head gasket blew. Larry made accommodations to get us right in to diagnose the issue despite a packed shop, and even though they were not able to get us back on the road, they were very flexible with us and extremely reasonable for the work they did. A nice gentleman waiting for his vehicle offered us a ride to a local eatery while we waited for our ride from home to arrive. Great people and small town service!”
“We wasted a lot of time with dealerships near the city, after speaking with a half dozen we decided to cast our net wider, considering traveling further for the right car and the right experience. We found that with Bob at Scoville Meno. In less than 4 days Bob walked us through all the corners and possibilities of purchasing a new Jeep. We actually were going to buy a 4Runner based on reliability but with Bob’s help we easily found a warranty package that covers us as we need and for a fair price. And let’s be real… a Jeep is way funner than a 4Runner so we were happy to make that work. I am a sensitive shopper when it comes to being sold, that’s one reason I appreciated working with Bob.. I didn’t feel like I was being sold, rather being given information and let to make my own decision.
