“I was very pleased with Napa in Norwich they do things right I was impressed and the young lady behind the counter help me was very knowledgeable friendly and she had a smile that makes a day go a lot better for the person on the other side that's having maybe a bad day thank you for that and they also mixes their own spray paint to order how awesome is if they don't have your color mix it and put it in a spray can that is awesome I am definitely going back there it's not like other Auto part places in Norwich that don't know what they are doing awesome have a wonderful blessed happy day”

“We wasted a lot of time with dealerships near the city, after speaking with a half dozen we decided to cast our net wider, considering traveling further for the right car and the right experience. We found that with Bob at Scoville Meno. In less than 4 days Bob walked us through all the corners and possibilities of purchasing a new Jeep. We actually were going to buy a 4Runner based on reliability but with Bob’s help we easily found a warranty package that covers us as we need and for a fair price. And let’s be real… a Jeep is way funner than a 4Runner so we were happy to make that work. I am a sensitive shopper when it comes to being sold, that’s one reason I appreciated working with Bob.. I didn’t feel like I was being sold, rather being given information and let to make my own decision. Everything I asked for was addressed, all the details were covered, we felt taken care of and safe with the folks at Scoville Meno. Go see Bob, and Sam too. You’ll be happy you did.
