Thank you Peter & Rose! Enjoyed our last minute getaway and just what we needed. Besides leaving us our breakfast, what a great surprise to find homemade cookies too! Dinner at restuarant was awesome!! Pool was refreshing and hanging on the porch relaxing!

A friend and I decided to get away for a couple of days on a whim. I found Catskill Rose and am so glad they had availability. It was a wonderful experience - the food, the pool, the scones - all of it. You're made to feel welcome from the first moment. The gardens are so lovely.

We had a beautiful dinner at the Catskill Rose on Friday night on the patio. The atmosphere is wonderful and you are surrounded by gorgeous gardens full of flowers and trees.Peter and Rose cook up amazing food!!!The appetizers, main course and desserts are amazing!Everything is so flavourful and beautifully presented!Our favourite was the miso ravioli!Lots of options for vegetarians!Very reasonable prices and great friendly service!! We are definitely coming back to eat there soon!!Food & drinks: Excellent choice!!

If you stay here you will want to come back, very clean, comfortable beds, pleasantly pleasing rooms, and affordable, with outdoor covered heated pool, and a cute sauna. Very cool place to stay, you will make it yours.

My wife and I, spent the Labor Day weekend. We got there on Thursday evening and stayed until Sunday. The rooms were very clean, the place is just beautiful. The swimming pool was so much fun. The food and drinks were amazing. Peter the owner is the most attentive host and waiter and bartender. He also is the most kind and humble person I have met. He make’s this place so special. We had a great weekend and will be back soon on winter.

What a cute little place. It's very close to woodstock and Phoenicia. I like that they room has a microwave and a little fridge. They provide delicious snacks! Everything in the room was very clean too. I didn't get the chance to eat here but I'm definitely gonna try it out next time I visit this area since the menu looks so

Unless, this place was gutted, have new owners, and took on a 360 transformation... I'm still recollecting the awful memories!!! Extreme mold in the bedrooms, no menu options, and the owners were weird.. like those horror movies. I think all these reviews are totally fake!!!!! Wow, people actually do this...

We found this place on a whim when our AirBnB canceled the day of our reservation. Finding this place made the hassle worth it! The rooms were beautiful, modern and functional. The grounds had gorgeous flowers. The food was excellent! Definitely want to go back on purpose: highly recommend.
