I live in Camden, South Carolina. An Ebay package I was sending to Syosset, NY accidentally got sent to someone in Mt. Sinai, NY. We called and Mike has been going above and beyond the call of duty! Package has been found, and will get to the proper place! Thanks so much!

I find the employees at the Mount Sinai P.O. to be courteous, helpful and professional . I have never had a problem in almost 30 years of using this post office. Although I pass other PO locations, I still choose to come here and enjoy my conversations with the postal attendants! Keep up the good work !

Staff is always nice, but there's always a line. Usually there's one or two people to help out. There are two if it's busy. Unfortunately, sometimes customers need more help which holds up the line.

I remember coming here with piles of packages back before you could print your labels online. It would take forever. The staff was always happy to help, patient, and treated me the same whether I was shipping one package or ten and whether I was the only customer on line or whether there were a dozen people behind me. Service with a smile and usually a funny story or two. I don't use the post office as much as I used to, but I do still like to stop in from time to time. I print my labels at home now, so I only stop by to drop off items that don't fit in the mailbox. But, I like seeing the staff and saying hi! The lobby is pretty small. If I have more than one or two items I usually go to Miller Place instead.
