Everyone there is very friendly & helpful & I'm always greeted with a genuine smile. I know sometimes there can be a wait for that has nothing to do with an issue on THEIR part such as being understaffed or anything. Everyone's banking needs are different & I'm glad they're not rushing people just to get through a line faster. That shows great customer care & service.

Enjoyed banking for the first time, Adam, Jary and Cody were, pleasant and knowledgeable. Zero wait time. They solved different problems quickly. All these reviewers complaining about their precious time, need to start living in reality or move to a less crowded area.

Every time I go to this bank I’m waiting more than 20 minutes. It’s faster to just drive to Rocky Point. Much better service there.

Took over $150 in fees without telling me anything. When I went to confront them to be reimbursed, they said they could only give me 1/3 of the money stolen from my account by their grubby hands. America's most convenient bank, my a***

Nope, Nope and Nope. Don't waste your time here. Like everything else when they first arrived on Long Island they were good. Extended hours, easy access, no fee accounts and competitive rates. Now they have had a few years to dig their heels in and are charging fees for everything. I have had enough of paying them to take my money time to move on.

I would just like to say that I do not normally stop at this Branch. I happened to stop in and I noticed issue with my account. Gloria who was on the floor and greeted me immediately with kindness. That was so very much appreciated. Especially when you have an issue. I want to Thank you Gloria Rodriguez for giving me such a good experience in your branch. Your outstanding customer service was very much appreciated.TB

HAVE MY BUSSINESS ACCOUNT AT TD.. THEIR SERVICE HAS COMPLETLY DROPPED THOUGH THE FLOOR. NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK. THEY DONT ANSWER EMAILS. AS SOON AS I CAN I WILL BE CLOSING EVERYONE OF MY ACCOUNTS.I UNDERSTAND COVID MAKES THINGS A LITTLE MORE DIFFICULT BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE.ALSO THEIR ONLINE BANKING IS SO FAR BEHIND THE TIME, YOU CANT EVEN LOCK A DEBIT CARD IF YOU MISSPLACED IT..HORRIBLE SERVICE.JENNIFER KELLY I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS OUT OF YOU BANK SOON!!!!

Stay away from TD Bank. WARNING. Stay away from TD Bank. Trying to prevent you from getting what little money you have. Your money will get taken away through surprise fees and situations that make no sense.....even when your a good long time customer.After being with this bank for yeaaars, never messing up....this is what a loyal customer gets treated.Pandemic hits, covid catastrophe. A business that closed was charging my account continuously putting my account in negatives for first time ever. I didn't know because they closed for covid pandemic.TD Bank didn't notify me at all. When I called, I got the manager who spoke calm as she explained how most all my money had been taken by the bank.TD Bank charged me money, to end my account that never had a problem until this covid pandemic situation.TD Bank didn't back me up or help, their only concern was to tell me why they took my monies I had with them.The manager is sneaky, cold. Probably why they hired this thing to be the manager. I never experienced such a cold, fake person. Taking any money I had and justifying it with soft spoken, indifference.They charged me.....to end my own checking account that ive had fine for years. Closed business charging me and LOOK....TD Bank never notified me and never helped correcting it. Of coarse they dont notify us. They dont notify us so they can justify to take our money.The money they say they refunded back....WAS my own money! They took money out of my CD without telling me....then gave some to me, saying it was their money they refunded, for other money they took from me. TD Bank Mt Sinai is crooked. Don't trust Jennifer. She speaks nicely but is simply a mechanical swindler making profits for the bank AT THE EXPENSE of THEIR CUSTOMERS.LOOK. The bank will reply it gave me some money back. BUT what they didn't say, is the money they gave back, was taken from my own CD.WARNING. Do not bank with them. GOTO another bank. They seem nice...until your money disappears. TRUST ME, I'm you. AVOID TD Bank. The TD bank in Mt. Sinai is the worst Ive experienced.The bank will respond to this review with lies. Don't trust them.
