There aren't enough good things to say about T&S Auto Inc. and its owner Terry. I recently started taking my cars to him and only because we belong to the same networking group. He has done such an amazing job for me and my family and my pocket that I deeply regret not going to him sooner. His pricing is super competitive (actually better than other mechanics -- certainly better than the dealers') and his capability to solve car problems through the roof. And his integrity? Religiously brought my 2018 infinity here for oil changes every 8k miles as the manual suggested. Once my car hit 30k miles, I got a bucking and misfire, the car wouldn’t go above 20 mph. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the original Nissan oil filter was on the car. Brought the car in for repair at infinity , and they found sludge all in the oil. It looks to me like the 3 years of “oil changes” were actually park the car around back, and call me in 2 hours to collect my money…Thank You T and S for skipping the most simple service that would take you all of 15 minutes to complete. Because of your laziness, you cost me $18K in engine replacement. Word from the wise, if you ever plan to use T and S, you better watch everything they do.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I bought a 2013 ford sedan with 105,800 miles when he sold it to me he told me that it was fine that everything worked that he had no problems, and he even tried to sell me insurance for the car that in case something in the future happens ... not even 2 weeks until the plates arrived so that my car can roll, and plop appeared an engine in the panel of the car, I took it to him and said it was the oxygen he did something and said to brake it too and blah blah blah, when it Buy did not say that, insisted again on the insurance in case something happened, then the light disappeared ... and what do you think ??? light reappeared in my vehicle. I took him to a place where they could hand him the computer and give me the report. The catalyst in the car is poor and needs to be replaced. When I bought the car I told him that it was money that we had saved to buy a car to take our daughter to school, and he told me that as a father (and with his daughter in his arms) the car did not present any problem, he was not totally sincere. I accept that it is a used car that at any moment is going to present problems but obviously afterwards, hardly anything has rolled and it already has that light, and not to mention that they have to change brakes, pads and blah blah blah offered me a hydraulic jack, and Missing cap for the glass cleaner and it did not comply.
