I have loved Rose & Boom, Cat and the whole staff for years and tonight they truly went above and beyond in their customer service!! I needed a certain color shirt for my daughter for a school event last minute. I called Baby Boom Boutique right before store closing and couldn’t make it there in time. They found the perfect shirt and made a special delivery the same night! Thank you for saving the day! I am truly grateful.

The staff go above and beyond. I wanted a shirt that they were sold out of - it was a new arrival and sold out so quickly. The next day I received a phone call from Robin who found one of these shirts in my size and is holding it for me to pick up. You CANNOT find customer service like this anymore. The clothes are current and trendy, as are the accessories. The showroom floor and dressing rooms are always clean. If you haven't been yet - you must check them out.

Amazing customer service and great products. The owner of the business is super friendly. They have new arrivals frequently throughout the week and I find that the clothing is great quality while being on trend and affordable.

By far my favorite go-to one stop shop for all my special occasions, night out or just hanging around the house outfits. The staff and Cat are amazing & so accommodating. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Also, love this shirt that was only sold online & I was able to order & pick up the same day.

BE AWARE !!! THE OWNER WILL SMILE TO YOUR FACE AND BAD MOUTH YOU AND EVERY EMPLOYEE SHE HAS AFTER I am a former employee and the owner would literally bad mouth every single customer - including her own staff and her family member who was working for her. I had to leave the company to take care of my father - who died 2 months after I left. I was collecting unemployment and months later she filed a complaint with unemployment to review my case. I now have to hire a lawyer to fight my case. This employer was a headache and a half and I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE SUPPORTING HER BUSINESS!

I been shopping here since they first opened. Kat and her staff are amazing and make you feel like family! I was always super skinny, but now after having a baby I am not the same size. I love that they cater to all sizes. I always feel beautiful in there clothes. Also the store smells amazing. I love how they finally bottled the smell up so you can take Rose and Boom home.

If you haven't been here then you are missing out. They have the best of the best, from night out on the town to comfy and cozy on the couch you can't go wrong. The girls that work there are amazing, store is super clean. They make you feel like family when you walk in the door. Don't wait another day. !!!!

This is by far my home away from home! I began shopping at Rose and Boom Boutique when it first opened 5 years ago. The owner, Cat, and the entire staff, is nothing short of amazing. They make you feel so welcomed and are so helpful. It is like having personal shopping assistants every time you walk in, no matter how busy they are. Not only do they help the ladies, they are so helpful to the men trying to find that perfect gift for their lady. Cat not only helps the men shop for their significant others, she encourages it!! She is always posting and offer her help to the husbands, spouses and significant others to make sure they find the perfect gift for the women in their lives!! My husband has reached out on numerous occasions and Cat has always picked out exact pieces I would have purchased myself! Not only does Cat help these men shop via messages, she welcomes them with open arms into each of her stores! She even had chairs in there for the men to sit while the ladies shopped! I cannot recommend this boutique enough!! Ladies, if you haven’t been there, it is time you start and send the men when they need to find you a gift!!!

I love going to this store to shop, Cat and staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly.. The first time I went to the store I met Cat had no idea she was the owner we talked for a bit and she noticed right away I had no idea what I was looking for, she asked my name and my wife’s name, life changer after that she went picked out everything she thought my wife would wear and I was able to pick from that… This past fall I had a major surgery and had no way to get to the store to get anything for my wife’s birthday so I contacted the store through Instagram and Cat asked my for my phone number so she could FaceTime so I could pick out what I wanted. I couldn’t believe it Cat even offered to deliver the items to my house being I couldn’t pick them up…. I had someone go pick it up and Cat gift wrapped everything for me too.. If you are looking for a boutique with great clothes this is the place to go especially if you have no idea what your looking for!!!!!

I never had a chance to visit the boutique in Mt. Sinai and I won’t be. My husband was on Facebook a while back trying to contact the owner Cat to ask questions for me about items in stock. Cat never replied back after multiple attempts, but she responded to womens comments before and after my husbands. He gave up after noticing she totally ignored mens comments and I looked and saw this to confirm. What kind of business owner discriminates clients based on gender who are interested in buying from you? Husbands and boyfriends frequently shop for their significant others, so I don’t see any reason for this rude behavior. I will not support this business and neither will my friends

The best boutique(s) on LI. I stopped wasting my time going anywhere else, Rose & Boom always has what I need. Work, special events, loungewear, they have it all. Amazing staff, clean environment. Best inventory. Love the shoes. Just go!!!

Honestly the best boutique(s) on LI. I stopped going anywhere else bc I just end up finding something at Rose & Boom! For any event, work, party, even just lounging, R&B really has it all! Love the shoes and accessories too and I live right in between the 2 locations so I’m extra spoiled. They have free local delivery…which is dangerous
