Dr. Cardinali has been seeing dogs in my family for decades— and now my first puppy. He is kind and compassionate. His love for for animals is clear, which is more than comforting for pet owners who love their animals, too. We’ve driven from NYC to see him!The entire staff is wonderful, especially Diana. It’s always a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this office to other pet lovers like us.

Excellent experience every time. My pets love every doctor. They are knowledgeable and caring and I would recommend them to anyone far and wide. If I moved out of the area I would still be coming here.

Best vet around. Dr Cardinelli is wonderful, I've been going to him for over 30years. I trust his work, knowledge and compassion towards all animals. His staff has always been kind and great at having patience for animals that can be difficult. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

Although both vets at this office have been wonderful to our pet, their staff is quite the opposite, particularly Stephanie. She is relentlessly rude and unprofessional, raising her voice and making unnecessary comments instead of doing her job. Dr. C said he would call us back after addressing these issues with his staff, but he never did. When we called the office to follow up, the receptionist told us he has nothing else to say but that the problems have been addressed. Clearly our business is not important enough for him to get on the phone and apologize for Stephanie’s horrendous attitude. She is a miserable woman that I will never again trust to take care of my pet. She gets so upset doing the basic tasks of her job, I can’t imagine how she treats animals behind closed doors.

Bringing our cats from Mindanao to the United States with a flight from Davao to Manila. Both cats very stressed but one stopped eating and drinking water for two and a half days. Mt Sinai Animal Hospital was very caring and so helpful. Provided exceptional care to both cats. The customer service, clinical staff and doctor are amazing and believe they truly care about all animals!! Highly recommend this veterinary group!!

We found Doctor Cardinali when our Golden doodle was sick. He was diagnosed was mast cell tumors. Doctor Cardinali was so compassionate and caring towards our dear Kelsey. He would call us at home to check on him and really helped our family during a most sad situation. That was 3 years ago. Recently my wife and daughter brought Jack our new Mini Schnauzer to Doctor Cardinali for a well visit and he was just as fantastic with our new little guy , giving him a clean bill of health. Doctor Cardinali did however talk with my wife and daughter about Kelsey and recalled how sad that situation was and how he wished he could have done more for him. However, he was very happy to see that we now have this new member to our family. In our humble opinion Doctor Cardinali is the best Vet on the planet!

I am new to the area so this was my first visit. I was told on the phone that only one person with a mask could come in. I was a bit upset about that with having a new puppy, that I was not able to have my husband there to help contain the pup while I listened to the Dr. I still made the appointment and went as told following there protocol. When I was there I was told that I could not come in the room with my pup. I asked the RUDE receptionist \\\"why is that\\\" she said it was covid protocol and that she told me that on the phone. First off, no she didn't or I would have gone somewhere in Port Jeff. I told her \\\"I am not trying to be difficult, that I was a nurse that dealt with covid protocols in the hospital , but this is my first time here and the puppy is obviously my baby and I would like to be there for him, especially to give him a good experience.\\\" The rude receptionist then proceeded to say \\\"well, if you are a nurse than you should be more understanding, I have a health issue and it is for mine and the people that work here's protection.\\\" I was completely taken back that she would say that, yet alone be able to talk to customers in that tone. I am not doubting that the Vet and Vet techs are great (I do not know as I had to walk out and have my husband go in to deal with the rude receptionist) but she was highly unprofessional which is concerning for me. I also heard her on the phone being rude to someone while I was there. It didn't help that the waiting room was about 85 degrees with blowing heat waiting for 50 minutes with a dog that does not do well in heat. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else next time. I called other vets in the area and they allow you to go in the room with your 4 legged friends.

“Not taking on new clients”. How can you operate a business and not take on new business? I just moved to the area and my 12 week old puppy is sick and they are turning her away. Imagine you walk into Mather Hospital sick and potentially dying and the person at the desk says “sorry, we’re not taking on new clients”
