We have been taking out cat to Mt. Sinai Animal Hospital for past couple of years. We see both doc and they both great! Their office staff is great, waiting room and exam rooms are very clean. We have referred our friends as well. Keep up the great work you do!

Dr. Cardinelli and the rest of the team took amazing care of my last dog who died two years ago at age 10. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to use their services again with my new puppy. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating at this animal hospital. Highly recommend.!

I have been coming here for 3 years now and I always have a great experience. I have 4 dogs and the receptionists and vet techs are always so nice and compassionate with me and my furbabies. There are 2 doctors there and I see both of them depending on who is available and they are both amazing. Whenever I have an emergency or concern, they always get me in within a couple of hours, if not sooner depending on the situation. I always feel very comfortable going there knowing my babies are in great hands. I’m so glad that I have a great dependable place to go for my babies.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. They saw my cat twice, and seemed to have little concern other than "he's getting old". Which is not the case and besides the point bec the cat was clearly very, very ill (severe weight loss, vomiting, etc).
Within weeks we found another vet who, in a matter of SECONDS of examining the cat, physically noticed a large mass inside the cat's stomach. After further investigation, the mass is almost the cat's whole stomach.
So unless the entire growth appeared within the span of a couple of weeks (highly unlikely), since our most recent visit to Mt Sinai Animal Hospital, then there was a serious lapse in service here.

Very professional and caring, had to put my bulldog to sleep, but the vet answered every question and gave me the best option, I just wanna thank mount sinai animal hospital for everything.

Do not take ur dog to mount Sinai vet . Jayne got bit by a tick in December. I took her 3 weeks after to get tested like they told me . Only now today march 21st i am i getting a phone call that she came up positive for lymes disease . They said they didn’t have my phone number on file but yet they have been mailing me APPT REMINDERS FOR YEARS at my home address . So my dog being positive wasn’t important to contact me with any contact info they had ????months later now they find my number and tell me. But a letter in the mail wasn’t a clear solution to contact me. They told me it was my fault bc i never called when usually it’s the don’t hear from them it’s means they’re negative. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THAT YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE . They are trash and clearly don’t give a damn about ur pet. Jayne is my life and this IS NOT OKAY. She has been sitting here for 3 months unmedicated

I feel so bad about the beautiful dog, Jean and her owner going through the pain and suffering caused by Mount Sinai animal Hospital. I have never had good experience there either. I changed veterinary services over to Miller Place Animal Hosp and received much better personalized care. Shame on Mount Sinai, animal Hospital!
