Had to call for a AAA service and Dee came to the recuse.. Extremely polite, was on time and super helpful..also gave very good tips on how to go about my issue and it worked out perfectly.. Thanks Dee<3…Definitely recommend calling them !!!!!

extremely rude and unprofessional. I told him a exact part that I need to replace and to give me estimate. He said no you have to leave the car. I said I will wait, but I was told no you have to go. they do that so you go take a Uber to work and then midday they will call you with a high estimate so you have no choice to fix it or take a Uber back to pick up the car. The places is completely empty. They just get their job from AAA. don’t waste your time going there.

Very knowledgeable, professional and their prices are the best I've found. Recommended them to friends and family and never heard a complaint. Couldn't ask for more from a shop.

Locked my keys in the car. Called AAA roadside assitance. Guy from Henry's Automotive calls and seys he gonna be a while. I explained I'll just do this tommorow, I was super tired and didn't know if I could stay awake. The guy (wish I caught his name) tells me give him 20. He on his way. Showed up did the job. Super friendly! Super considerate! Wish I could have bought him a beer. I dont even write these reviews. Feel like they are for Karen's and people who complain all the time. But I just appreciated that dude so much... I wanted to leave a record of it somewhere. Cheers my friend.

Quick, Courteous, Thorough, Honest Service. Bob from Henry's Automotive came to me through AAA within 15 minutes of my call. He ran a test and got my car going without trying to manipulate me into unnecessary car repairs. I really appreciated that. He was very informative and pleasant to deal with. I will be returning to Henry's for future repairs if needed. Highly recommend.

Had to call AAA for a Tow and Robert from Henry's Automotive came to help me out, he was on time, knowledgeable and had my car hooked up in no time! He even gave me some mechanical advice on what to do next once my car was dropped off at the repair shop I chose, I was really impressed that he was so upfront and honest with me, he knew I was stressed out annoy having to tow my car! I appreciate the prompt service, the honesty and the great customer service, I trust AAA and have so much faith in that service, I'm so glad Robert was the driver and he took such good care of me, he's such a great representation of Henry's Automotive wish I could give them 6 stars. Would recommend this type service to anyone in need!

Rude, 2 hours late, filthy looking truck, half eaten sandwich on the floor near my briefcase. The board of health should inspect this truck. Never again, I'd rather walk.

I had a blown out tire on the side of the road. He got to us in about 15 minutes. He was so friendly, and really helped us out, even finding an even closer tire place for us to go to. His service was spectacular, and he was very cautious about our safety and watching where we stand while on the side of the highway.I would highly recommend this company, and if needed, would 100% use him again!
