Took out $500 from the banks drive up. Only gave $440. No one at the bank was availableThey acted like it was no big deal, and it happens all the time. Unsympathetic and unprofessional. Still waiting to see if I get my money back.

So today I had a very interesting experience at chase bank located at 5499 Nesconset hwy mount Sinai ny 11766. I have a check deposited that they will not clear until feb 7th. Reasoning is it is an out of state check however it is from the national bank of Long Island. Also it was a mobile deposit( never had an issue with mobile deposits before) they want to verify the funds…. Spoke with business I am doing business with funds have already been withdrawn from Their account. This should not be an issue. However it gets better the assistant vice president Fabianna Dunne told me she has the right to not help me get my funds released and chooses to do so because she agrees with the decision and I’m white!!!! never in my life lmfaooooo I had a few choice words and then had to go double check it was the bank of national Long Island which it was!!!

Office in Selden closes at 4 PM Monday thru Friday. This is rediculous.All other banks in the area close at 5. This is very inconvenient.

It's hard to comprehend the level of bad service I've experienced at this branch. I have been banking with Chase for a number of years and unfortunately the Miller place branch recently closed so I have been coming to the Mount Sinai branch recently.I gave them a pass a few times but it seems like a constant problem. I walked in today with a pretty clear request. The desk area had no open seats and a large group of people were waiting because there was only 1 staff member present and a woman redirected others to either contact me back another time or to see one of the 2 tellers. The tellers rolled there eyes because they are not able to help then redirect us to a 1-800 phone number with no other help. It's really pointless to have a brick and mortar building at that point. It has finally inspired me to move my money elsewhere!

I have banked with Chase for years and have always had a pleasant experience. This branch near my job offers a convenient and quick notary service where I often don't have to wait. Friendly staff and quick service

This is a great bank, I’ve been going here for 10+ years. The only issue is on Saturdays the line is always way too long. Need to schedule more people to work on Saturdays.

Sooooo unbelievably angry with the customer service here. I have never had an issue until today. Yesterday I had left my card at a store, called and they said they would hold it for me. I had to stop at the bank to withdraw money. The lady who helped me asked if I had my card on me and I said no that I had lost it, she asked if I reported it and I said no because I was on my way to pick up at the store. She said ok. She handed me the money i withdrew and told me to have a nice dat. A couple hours later I go buy food-card declined. I tried again-declined again. I call chase customer service and enter my debit card info and the automated system told me the card had been closed. I speak with a very apologetic representative who helped me a ton...but comes to find out that the lady at this chase closed my card and didn't tell me before doing son. IT IS NOT OKAY to close my debit card without my knowledge. I had said i was on my way to get it and I wasn't told before hand. So not only have I embarrassed myself by having my card declined, but now I am holding onto a useless card that could've been fully functioing. Unprofessional and will be switching banks. Thanks a lot

Evan refused to tell me exchange rate for Dominican peso over the phone according to him "it's kind of a policy". I called a different chase bank and they were able to help.

Never had a problem with them. In and out. Very polite and professional . Usually use their drive thru tellers. So I can't comment on the goings on inside their branches. They have always been respectful and handled my concerns
