Extremely nice guy! He helped me buy a truck that was in great condition, was reasonable and had very clean vehicles. He’s not here to waist anyone’s time and sold me a very nice truck that he picked up from West Virginia.

Went to look at a truck with my dad. They LIED about the milage, listing said it had 145k, I could clearly see on the Carfax it had 152k miles. Also the odometer conveniently didn't work. They LIED about the engine running perfect. It shook, squeaked and tapped. The transfer case on the transmission was absolutely drenched in oil, and had obviously been leaking. The glove box was full of refrigeraterant, Also had a rotted out muffler and exhaust manifold, they tried to sell me a new muffler on top of the asking price. Was far from perfect and a "survivor" as described. Don't waste your time.

Bought a 2010 Chevy Impala from Pellicanes in March of 2023. Car and everything ran beautifully. I fell in love with it and my wife and I bought it because we needed a second vehicle. We could only get it if we got a warranty on the vehicle (this was the finance company's doing, not Pellicanes). 6 months later, the motor went. Had to go through the BBB to finally get the engine repaired and get the vehicle back on the road.
March of 2024, my car needed repairs to pass inspection. Pellicane Motors fixed the vehicle, but yet my warranty company were being very difficult to deal with once again.
The point I am trying to make is, Pellicane Motors were so understanding, so caring, and sorry about the experiences I had with the warranty company because I had to get the warranty on the vehicle to get financing. Nothing they did on their end. Because the warranty company wouldn't fix the latest repairs, Ron was so understanding and cut us a deal on the repairs when he didn't have to. Which to this day I am grateful and appreciative for because we needed our vehicle bad.
Pellicane Motors are amazing people to deal with, they repaired my vehicle in good time, and as I said, they could of charged me full rate for the repair but because they had to give me the warranty on the car (once again, not of their doing), they gave us a good rate for the repair because of the hassles the Warranty company gave us.
I would recommend them six ways to Sunday. They are amazing!!!

My name is Anthony. I recently bought a classic car from Pellicane Motors. I live three states away in NH. Jon was great to work with he held this car on his word until I could arrange to make the trip out to buy it. The car was exactly what it was made out to be. The car was shipped to me via their transport company and arrived quickly and with no hassle. Pellicane Motors truly is a mom and pop auto sales company. I met both of Jon's parents and they were fantastic as well. I would definitely do business with them again, they do business honestly and that's hard to find today.

My wife and I were passing through town with a horrible exhaust leak. We pulled in and within a few minutes the super friendly staff took a look at our car and a short while later we were back on the road. A HUGE thank you to the crew at Pellicane Motors for treating a pair of Canadian travellers so well and for doing a quality job at an extremely fair price!

Cooling fan would not shut off with out having too disconnect the positive battery post they fixed the problem and did it under 80.00$

We had an emergency fix, coming off the highway from out of town, not knowing any shops in the area. When we pulled into Pellicane, we were greeted by 3 people all eager and willing to help us. To say they all went above and beyond would be an understatement. We are greatly appreciated for everything they did to help us out.

We were camping at Letchworth. Had car problems. They took care of us right away without an appointment. Would highly recommend. Don't know what we would have done if problem wasn't fixed. No way we could have pulled our trailer. Thanks again for the awesome service.
