Winifee is the best and most beautiful Lady with the best service.This is my first time here to buy a money order,I don’t understand because I paid a parking ticket for the first time,But she has put in 150/100 effort in customer service,If there are 10 stars , I will give them.

Went in to simply drop off prepaid packages as could not locate the drop off mailbox outsidethe black woman named winnie immediatley started giving me attitude to find something wrong with my mailings. She asked me in rude voice what is inside packages, and I replied software CD and pen drive. she responded that these items do not qualify as MEDIA MAIL!!! she totally LIES as we all know CDs and pendrives ARE MEDIA!asked to file a complaint, but of course no one is picking up the 914-666-3842 number

It's improved , since staff changed / Allison left ...She was melo-dramatic, obnoxious, laughed at her own jokes; only clerk ever to ask if my bills needed a signature, when I only needed the day's postmark. I once asked for a zip code to a business address & she couldn't find it (for a major corporation).The address began w/ "Hall" & she kept asking, "Old? " Maybe, SHE was getting old ... haven't seen her since.

i have been using this post office for most of my needs in last 8 years and even at times ,when i was elsewhere ,would go to this post office bc it's not only run by very nice people who always are helpful,the place where its located is kool with hundreds of birds in the mornings and deer at nighttime!!,,,i cannot understand these bad reviews,,,someone once told me that negativity spreads like seeds of discontent,,well it seems to me these neg reviews come from neg people and i for one will attest to the great service and friendly atmosphere here in mt k post office,,,even though they open at ten i have had nothing but great service and nice people behind the counter so "bahhhhhh"(its a french word-bah) to all the neg reviews ...it's reflective of a neg person who has probably neg things to say about other issues,,mpb

I went today to get my daughter's passport, and Jeyson attended me, he gave 110% in his work and customer service if I could give more than 5 stars I would, nothing to do with my experience at the bronx post office!Thanks Jayson ?

its rare that i give a semi good review for the usps but sometimes a full moon changes folks.i was in mt kisco on a monday morning and visited the local post office to pick up a few needed postal money orders and send a letter certified and the lady clerk was kinda nice which i assume was an aberration but she was not the only postal clerk showing kindness to the customers. the line moved quickly , place is clean and organized with mailing supplies and form available in plain sight. i guess the locals who live in pricey mt kisco and pay high taxes dont and will not tolerate any bullsh#t so maybe thats the reason for the old fashioned postal service , whatever the reason my visit to the local post office in mt kisco was a pleasant one indeed.

It is not a horrible place to visit, but not the friendliest. I think that may kind of be the nature of the Post Office. You really can't change that environment much. Maybe it is not a happy place to work at, like the DMV, that is why you don't have many friendly people there either. Although, I do have to give a shout out to the Scarsdale P.O. on Central Avenue. They have impressive customer service. That is one of the things I really miss from my old neighborhood. You rarely get that type of service in places that provide government or federal services. White Plains PO is the scariest. No one ever smiles there. I used to live there and would opt to drive to another town. Even the atmosphere when you walk in is rather humdrum. Hope my feedback does not fall on deaf ears. Hopefully it helps for changes towards the better in the future. Now is not a good time for anyone, so I am sure it will have to be in the distant future.

Post master is a NASTY woman. Immediately gave me an attitude while I was in line and told me I couldn't drop off a package just because it was UPS branded. My label was PAID FOR and a USPS label! I told her I've done this at least 5 times in the past and never had a problem and she replied "that doesn't make it right." Ok... not sure what she's trying to prove by saying that but the fact that you guys have miserable people like this representing USPS is quite sad. She then bragged about herself being the post master like no one else was going to say otherwise. But I've done this before .... now I'm getting turned away? What a joke. I hope this s*** hole goes out of business. Already looks like it hasn't had an upgrade since the 1990s.
