So happy to report that the experience at the Mount Kisco UPS location is 5 STAR (or more if I could)!! Rachel and her team go above and beyond for their customers. It is a pleasure to do business at this store!

I dropped off a package on a Saturday that needed to be delivered on Monday. Both the main UPS website, as well as the UPS Store website, show this location has Next Day Air pickup on both Saturday and Sunday. However, the websites are both wrong. There is NO PACKAGE PICK UP on the weekend at this location, so anything you send over the weekend won't even leave the store until Monday. Of course, they don't tell you this when you drop off your package.
Go somewhere else to send your packages. This place does not maintain accurate information on their website about the services available.

Gina took great care of me at upstate. She went the extra step to help me when I needed it. Unbeknownst to me, I didn’t have the correct label for my return. I’m so thankful she walked me through (and assisted me with retrieving a proper label.) During that time multiple people came through the door, but she didn’t “rush” me. I finished my transaction. I appreciate her willingness to help me when I was unknowingly unprepared. Unfortunately proper customer service doesn’t exist anymore. It was such a pleasure to experience it again

I felt compelled to leave a review as a person who doesn’t leave reviews usually. We live about 20 minutes away from this store but happened in when I needed to ship something out on Sunday before Memorial Day. I’m thankful I did because AJ was so beyond helpful. He answered questions and spent time helping me decide on rates. I was able to purchase packing supplies, print, and ship out my box, all in one. My husband and I will most definitely be returning to this store for our UPS needs regardless of distance.

New Ownership has completely turned this store into one of the better UPS stores period. Great friendly customer service and the store is bright and clean now. Well done.

Gina is a rock star. Had to send a gift out to my mother in law. Gina saved the day—actually cut a box to fit perishables, based on my request for this gift to get to a VIP in my life. Great work, Gina! Great work UPS (as usual). Nothing like an excellent UPS Store! Made my day.

Just a quick shout out for a job well done! I purchased a few things online from an auction house nearby and had the Mt. Kisco store pick up my items and then package and subsequently, ship them to me. One of the items was a 15 inch tall porcelain figure that was very valuable. These folks went above and beyond wrapping and then re-enforcing that wrapping with bubble wrap the figurine. Everything arrived today in pristine order. Thank you for caring about what you do!

The lady that helped me was friendly and personable. I’ve been to other ups drop and I’ve never felt like the person on the other side wanted to talk, make conversation and even connect, here It was different. I will make sure to keep using this location in the future

I go here a lot to return Amazon packages. They were always pretty good but idk if they got new management and staff but now they are SUPER quick, friendly and on top of it it’s quite impressive! Great work and thanks for making it always a pleasant speedy experience!
