The service I received from Asurian was horrible! The service I received from the Mt. Kisco UBreakiFix store personnel, Jake, Kel, and Wil was fantastic! They all deserve a salary increase and promotion should they desire one!
I was given a run-around by Asurian for weeks trying to file a claim for a cracked screen on my new Galaxy S24+ phone. They kept telling me my phone could not be repaired and I needed to replace the whole phone (which would have cost me a $99 deductible), when the phone was repaired in less than 2 hours! A con job if ever I saw one! Actually, I may take this case to the State Attorney General's Fraud Dept.

Using ubreakifix was so easy. I submitted a claim online and a tech reached out within minutes to schedule a service time, which I was able to get the same day. Service was friendly and knowledgeable at the store and my screen was replaced in less than the 2 hour communicated time frame. I would definitely use the service again.
