The worst of the worst. I thought the Mamaroneck Toyota service center was bad, they made up a "tire issue" that they wanted money for but when I refused they said they "went ahead and fixed it for me". My guess, there was never anything wrong. Rivera took it to a whole other level. They told me over the phone oil and tire rotation would be around $79, but I could get a special "5 visit package for $350". I told her no, and when I went to pick up they said I owed over $300 for oil + rotation + labor. I started losing my cool, not something I do often, and as if she's reading from a script "please wait while I see what I can do about this" as it magically turns out, she just so happens to be able to sell me that 5 visit package for $350, which after tax and other weird charges is now $500. These people are literally scam artists and thieves pretending to run a legitimate business. Toyota should remove their name from this location. This level of theft and debauchery is a sin.

Only take your car to Rivera if your car is under warranty!!! Be very careful make sure you take time to look at your bill and what they are going to charge you. I put my trust in Rivera, I went for an oil change had a coupon for $79.00 they sent me and one for a complimentary multi point inspection. As you can see nothing was checked off on the multi point inspection except for the breaks and the tires. Had an appointment for 8:45 am as you can see on the invoice they took my car in at 8:57 am but yet they have no completed time for check out!!! The Charge for over $500 in labor is insane!!!!!!! The work they did should have been a standard price, if I would have made 3 separate appointments for the work they done on the car I would have saved hundreds!!!! Who charges a labor rate for an oil change!!! Again, nothing was checked off on the inspection, they have check floor mats!!!! Seriously check floor mats!!! I just don't get it!!! Even with the oil change they never checked my air filters!!! The service rep came to me once and told me to be patient, hind sight be patient means you're getting screwed!!! I told her I wanted the car checked out for the winter to make sure it was safe, she came and told me I needed a battery and mentioned the injection cleaning and AWD I am not a car person did not know what it entailed not realizing i could have taking it anywhere and saved hundreds! Another red flag is when a sales rep came out and wanted to buy my car. She told me any work that was being done on my car would be reimbursed if I purchased a new car!! Another red flag I was being screwed!!! They jacked up the prices. I was seriously considering getting a new Rav 4 and also trading in my Prius. My car was good enough when it was in the shop but after I got home and looked at the bill realizing I have been screwed I called the and the service rep and she had the nerve to tell me what do you expect for a 7 year old car!!! Great!!! I trusted they would be honest trusted they checked over the car but again nothing checked off!! Not sure if they even did a multi-point inspection?? I always used Mt Kisco Toyota when my cars were under warranty and never had an issue. I was going to take my other Toyota to have it checked out but after getting hit with this bill I just do not trust them. I advise you that If you go be very careful and don't rush out, question everything. I wasted a whole day from work and spent close to $1,000 for basic services!!! Also, when you check out be careful they want you to pay by debit or check otherwise you get another 4% charge tacked on your bill!!! That's allot of extra money tacked on. Moral of story don't trust them!!!! Do one service at a time. If I was using this car for myself and not transporting someone who was handicap I would have waited but my mistake was telling them why I wanted it fully checked out because they knew I was an easy target!!!

I brought my car in for a tuneup. I was charged $574,27, which I paid. When I received my CC statement, the charge was posted at $597.18; with a difference of $22.91. This is approx an additional 4%! I called the service department. They said if I had used cash I would not have had to pay a service charge. I told them I did not carry that kind of cash around with me. They said you can pay with a debit card to avoid the charge. I was very upset and let the person know that no one had advised me of this. They gave me a service agreement when I paid, which indicated the charge as $574.27. I asked them to refund me the difference as how they treated me was unfair and disceptive. They said they would let their manager know and someone would call me back. No one called. I went to their online contact page and contacted them this way. I received a canned email response; nothing more. I contacted the service manager; again, nothing. I received a canned email response.

Convenient & local. I appreciate their free shuttle service; close to my doctors offices in town & my seasonal job. On occassion, I walk. Take advantage of their 2-yr warranty services. However, back in June, their service phone # was out-of-order, when I though I cancelled an oil change on-line. They called to confirm my appt, I called their out of order phone number & wound up call-ing the showroom & explaining the issue .. the lady said she'd tell her mgr. They should fix their on-line scheduling... there's NO way to cancel an appt. I thought it canceled automatically, once I rescheduled (since there was NO CANCEL BUTTON to click on). Appranetly, that's not the case.

My car was being repaired for electrical and hydraulics issues and I was informed that the repairs were under warranty and that they were waiting on parts. A few days later, I get a call from a different employee telling me that the bill was $2500. Imagine my surprise! They claim that my son (whose car was being repaired) okayed the service. However, I was the one who they were in communication with before the cost for the repair needed to be authorized. After learning this, I called to speak with the representative (Mike) and he would not listen to me. He kept interrupting me and when I asked him to listen to me or give the phone to someone who would, he handed the phone to his coworker (Kathy). Another surprise!! Am I not a paying customer? Isn't customer service 101 to listen to your customers? I am truly disappointed and will take my two cars elsewhere from now on.

My mother's car is basically brand new and has ONLY 5000 miles and failed inspection. They told her to drive it around. I told her that was wrong. I had it checked and it passed with no problem. I bring it back to the dealership to get it inspection done again because it was paid for already. I had a 12 pm appointment. They told me it would take 3 hours. I left and went to my mechanic and paid the $40 AGAIN and was finished in 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Such bad service. No where to even get a cup of coffee. 1 person trying to get the cars to people and park the ones coming in at the same time.

I brought my toyota tundra here for an oil change. I got here at 11:10am for my 11:15 appointment and got out at 12:45pm I won't be coming back for another hour and a half oil change. They should be disinfecting vehicles before returning them to customers at no charge, they are charging $30. To top it off, I got them on dashcam joyriding the truck, making fun of their own service department, and complimenting lexus around the corner.

BEWARE OF SERVICE!!. Every time I go just happens I have a nail in my tire ( not their fault) but what is their fault and scam is they try and to sell me a new tire. One time they succeeded. This time I told them no plug it . They tried giving me bull about the tire is ruined it's in sideways... It was not and I took it to my friend who is a mechanic he laughed at Toyota and he plugged it and it's been fine ever since. I always tell Toyota to plug the tire they always refuse and try to sell me a new tire. Time to go elsewhere !! BEWARE OF SERVICE!!!

I've been bringing my car to Rivera Toyota for service since 2014 when they were still Toyota of Mt. Kisco. Over the years the service center has been renovated and a lot of cosmetic changes made... but everything else that matters, the Quality if service, the Customer Service, has gone done while the prices have gone up. I called today to book an Oil Change appointment... First, I asked for the price of the oil change, the lady on the phone had to put me on hold for over 5 minutes becuase she did not know. She came back and told me $70, which is almost Double what the price was in Sept 2019. I asked why the price was so different and she said I probably didn't know what I was talking about. Forget about it, I made an appointment elsewhere. .... Also, back around 2016 I answered a routine survey they emailed me to ask about the quality of their work, I answered honestly, and then the following day I received an angry email from their service manager. I should have stopped going there back then.

I went to Rivera Toyota for an oil change in February, 2019, since I had a coupon. They did the oil change and told me my axle was leaking and that my battery needed replacing. I told them I was only there for the oil change since I was already well aware of the games they play trying to get customers to spend money on unnecessary repairs and replacement parts. Needless to say, it is now August. My battery is still working just fine, even though they told me it needed replacing 6 months ago. There is also nothing wrong with my axle. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

I went today to get my car maintenance, and after going through the door u see 3 unhappy faces on the counter, please how u could hire that kind of employes and if u already did it please show then how to smile and be a little bite friendly, awful attitude of all of them. They use to have a very friendly guy a few months ago and I think he just gone. But really is horrible go there for maintenance and see those unhappy, grumpy faces. Terrible costumer service at the front desk. I can't make one with all of them. I hope u could fix that, it is a great car brand .
