Needed four tires for my CRV, called the day before they had them ready when I arrived at 1 PM. The counter manager angel was courteous and efficient and professional. They had the tires mounted and balanced within 45 minutes. They gave me a fair price and I was on my way. The place is no-frills. You won’t expect coffee and danish but you’re buying tires. You’re not shopping for a suit or a pair of shoes. I highly recommend them.

They sell used bad tires that don’t even last a week I’ve been there 5 times in the same month, and try to fake it was new tires and acting like we don’t know and charged me and my boyfriend $300 when they lied about it being new also die and had a bad accident because of them!! And a guy harassed me and didn’t care I had a boyfriend!! Will make a complaint in person

Definitely 5 star service. We were in a pinch, literally with a flat tire. The owner came to meet us where we were to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we had to drive down with the flat. But the customer service was amazing. Our issue was quickly responded.

The man who serves customers is an excellent, very friendly person, but I don't think all of them work there, but once I left my car to have the 4 tires changed and I went to pick it up after they had already closed the place because I had already canceled and I found my car all dirty, the rim of my truck was all grease and the rims of my car were all caked in grease. It seems like they used it there as a flannel to clean their hands.

I wouldn't go elsewhere to buy or repair tires. Period.Customer rest rooms need to be redone, though.
