I recently purchased a Naturepedic EOS classic mattress and Malouf Adjustable base from Steve at the Mt Kisco location. My in store experience was 5 star. Steve made my purchasing decision an easy one and full of ease.The delivery date was stated and followed thru with.The delivery service was 5 star. The drivers were professional; courteous; careful while taking away my old bed and setting up the new. Most importantly, the product is amazing; I love this bed; I’ve never slept better.

My fiancé and I had a fabulous experience at The Clean Bedroom! Steve was a lifesaver as we chose a mattress that suited us, and he also went above and beyond to help us coordinate the shipment of our mattress around the travel that we have planned for our wedding. We can't thank him enough!

Tom and Steve are incredibly knowledgeable and sincere, and were very helpful with my long distance mattress purchase. Their expertise guided my decision to purchase a Hastens and their honesty and integrity gave me confidence making this purchase from their store-almost 2000 miles away. They ensured the process was seamless and easy, and were generous with their time, thoroughly answering my questions about different mattress options. They also coordinated white glove delivery which happily arrived earlier than expected in absolutely perfect condition. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful for helping us pick out the perfect mattress.Every other mattress store I’ve been to the owners/workers were very pushy and tried to pressure you into buying a mattress asap. Not Steve. He let us look at our own pace, gave us opportunity to freely look around and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.
