I find that Target stores and my experiences in each one can vary greatly from location to location. In a way this can be a positive thing - it makes going to a new location fun and exciting, like an adventure. I’m curious what this particular location might have that others do not. On the other hand , the difference can be too severe. There are times when a store has been under stocked, and dirty - as if it’s been neglected and rundown. Luckily this is not the case at Mt. Kisco. The store is well stocked, clean, fully staffed and pleasant to shop in. 5 stars all around!

Every time I go there is only one or two cash register open, is insane. The self checkout is inefficient, there are 2 employed solving issues there. They should close self checkout and open more lines. Even, it would be easier to have an exclusive express line for people with few products. The most anoying thing is looking at the Manager walking by the lines and do nothing. Not focus on customer at all.

I don’t blame this store or its folks for the mess of trying to order something here, nor for having no system to organize inventory effectively nor for promising items that don’t exist. But - save yourself the drive. Shop local or shop online.

I was helped right away. I had a question it was answered clearly, the individuals was able to help me in the instant, very effortless online and in-store. The reps have always been friendly and kind, helpful when I go shopping at this target and I feel like people actually work.

This Target is clean and fully stocked.
On one of my shopping trips there was an associate stocking an isle and stopped and asked me if I needed help looking for an item. To my surprise I forgot what real customer service looks like ! Thank you Rodney for going above and beyond. Also, Leah at the customer service counter was very friendly and helpful. This target does need more cashiers …. Other than that I was pretty content.

This store is pretty much one-stop shopping, whether for household items, gift cards, toys, gardening needs, electronics - you name it. So convenient. Even grocery items such as dairy, staples like cereals and snacks, candy, beverages. Beware, though, because you go in for one thing and end up with a cart filled with items to make you happy. One of my favorite items are the threshold brand towels (I believe the ones marked ultra-absorbent"?). We have been using these towels constantly for the past six years and they are still in great shape, dry rather quickly, and look pretty on the towel bar. I wish they would have a bit more variety in greeting cards for special categories like christenings and confirmations, etc, but they still have a large card section.

18 registers. Two open. Do something useful with the wasted space rather than having the lines congest the entire aisle

Had a lovely experience this Sat. At the Mt Kisco Target. Clean store, plenty of help, parking is good and the other customers are nice.

They got to have the most unorganized line system of all targets. Tons of cashiers, if you’re lucky you will find 2 working.Self check out lines are always out of control.Store is in a constant mess and low on stock.

Dec 26 4:30 - 5:30 IF THEY WONT TAKE A RETURN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought my wife, a Dyson vacuum that was on sale, and when she opened it for Christmas it was defective out of the box. I called target customer service to verify that the item could be exchanged and they told me they still have them in stock at the store. When I went to return the vacuum, the guy who is dropping the N-word to his coworker, called a level five supervisor to make sure that I could exchange and repurchase the vacuum for the same sale price. The level five manager said absolutely not, and that they would not honor the sale price that ended two days ago. At this point, I had had enough and called the customer service once again . They wanted me to go back in the store and put them on the phone with the manager and have them answer why they wouldn’t honor a sale price that ended two days ago for a vacuum that was defective out of the box. The second time I walked in the store to exchange the vacuum, it was an entirely different, and that level five manager was nowhere to be seen. Another manager helped me buy it for the same sale price. Once I told him that somebody from target customer Service was on the phone and wanted to speak to an employee at the store regarding my issue. Entire process was nothing short of a headache, and the icing on the cake was that the vacuum was still listed on the shelf as the same exact sale price at which I bought it for. I will never be shopping at this target again, and whilst I was waiting to get my vacuum unhooked from the wall, I overheard another customer saying that she was not able to return $80 worth of items for the same exact reason.shame on target and shame on that “level five” female manager
