Average Target. Certainly not the 'worst' as others claim. While I respect other reviewers' experiences and opinions, whenever I see comments like that I just roll my eyes - trust me, I've been to actual toilet Target locations and in different states to know the difference between a decent Target and a bad one - this one is wonderful compared to some of the garbage locations I've been to. Go to some of them and then say that this one is the 'worst' location - but you won't, because once there, you'll be begging for this Target again. This is an average location - not particularly wonderful, but certainly not terrible. If you frequent Targets enough, you'll know the general layout and stock (with some differences) and it's basically the same here. Some areas needed to be stocked, but it was generally decent and clean.It usually comes down to employees - and while I've seen way worse at other Target locations, most of the ones that I saw here weren't impressive either and maybe 2-3 that I saw probably should be unemployed. There were long lines and very few open registers, so naturally the self checkouts began to accumulate a line, some of which had full carts. As another reviewer stated, self checkouts should be 10 items or less. There should also be an IQ requirement to use self checkouts (but that is everywhere that has them). While I don't expect Target to ever make IQ requirements, at least have more registers open (bigger register space as well) along with making self checkouts become express. There was one employee in the self checkouts and due to the lack of general customer intelligence using self checkouts, he was all over the place but kept his composure. I needed him because for some reason something I scanned wasn't in the system, which was strange on its own. But I can definitely understand what this poor guy was going through. The parking lot is plentiful as far as spots go, but it's poorly designed and I can see it being a headache during a busy time. One of only four Targets in Westchester County currently, so for some I can see how coming here might be a drag, but it's already better than two of them (haven't been to Port Chester in a while) at least - but for upper Westchester residents, this is the only option unless you feel like taking a long drive, go over a bridge, or go to another state. Overall an average Target - far from the 'worst' I've been to. If you go to Targets in general, then you know what to expect here - from terrible employees to the stock and prices. Keep expectations realistic (this IS only Target after all), bring some patience, and you'll be fine.

Self check out registers should only be for 10 items or less. Everyone with less then 10 items who were waiting for self checkout were held up because people with full carts are using them. They should be using regular checkout to keep lines moving.

Worst target I've ever been to. Extremely disorganized and messy, no matter when you go during the week aisles upon aisles are void of stock. The pharmacist yelled at me last week and shamed me for the medicine I'm on *audibly* in front of other customers. I wish I were exaggerating. I was so embarrassed I just slowly backed away like that Bart Simpson into the bushes gif. I'm a basic millennial girl, target is supposed to be my happy place.

Worst Target. They don't have pickup options for most products and the inventory is always off. I understand the inventory can never be perfect online but then give me the darn pickup option. Example: You see a product online and it says in stock. You go there, and see nothing then you ask. The typical answer, "We're supposed to have 2 on the floor and 14 in the warehouse. I'm sorry you won't be able to get it today." They are horrible. Go to a better managed Target. This is the closest Target to my house and I go out of my way to go to another Target that's 20 minutes away just so I don't get angry and find things I need.

There's a little loud annoying rodent at self checkout, she tries so hard to be nice to non black patrons. When I tell you that little thing needs serious training it's not funny. This is the absolute worst target EVERRR! The staff there is very rude. I've been in this stores a bunch of times and only remember one staff ever being nice and professional. Let's just say if no one speaks to me I'll be fine. However the last interaction is that little rodent it leaves a sour taste in your mouth literally!

after a long shopping day i was dying for a starbucks. i went over to the counter and i was greeted by an incredibly rude staff. for some reason they were laughing behind the counter after every drink order i gave them. i then waited for my drink and the man behind the counter didn't even speak loud enough for me to hear what he said. he also said the drink wrong and the lady who took my order shouted that "it's your drink" and gave me a dirty look. i tried calling this target to let management know but couldn't even reach them... i won't be going back to that starbucks ever again.

i have been working for target in mount kisco new york for 3 months and the ETL'S and two of the team leaders are very disrespectful and do not know how to talk to there team members do not waste your time and money there at all .

Target mt Kisco customer service and staff absolutely horrible!!! Trash !! Minus a few very few nice ones. Lost my purse and couldn't find it so before someone walk out of the store with it I ran to security! Well they told me we can't look for people leaving the store with ur purse. So I ask if someone could help me look and alert the staff it's lost maybe in their department. Well let me tell u no one helped!! No one not one single staff member helped me look for my purse!!! and that security guard Mark has a serious attitude problem. I was with my 14 yo daughter who was so terrified that I lost it and there was no help. Not one staff member from that store helped me look for my bag!! Even though I ran around like a nut begging for help. Thank goodness I found my bag on my own. The staff and the security team gaze zero shits about my problem!!!!!! When I finally got my bag and went to the front I told him thanks a lot for ur help!!! In a sarcastic tone and he said watch ur mouth I will throw u out of the store!!!!! Mark drop dead a******** U suck at ur job and as a person!!! How dare u speak to a female like that who's frantic she lost her purse!! I took this complaint to cooperate and I will be following up!!! I'm after ur job!!!

Did a little shopping at TARGET in mt Kisco and I prefer my white plains spot but the outdoor parking lot is huge if anyone cares . Picked up a few trinkets like a pair if casual skeechers for 40 bucks , cargo pants for 20 bucks , a few bags of socks, personal items and some snacks for a cost of 145 bucks and no one is here at 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon so no waiting on them long lines like the white plains location . Men's clothing area was a bit messy and selection is not the greatest but you can find almost anything you need at target and the grocery selection ain't that bad as the organic dozen eggs are cheaper then most supermarkets. Target in mt Kisco is overall ok and did I mention the giant outdoor parking lot.

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I ordered some items online and the shipper lost them. I ordered them because I needed them right away and it took a week to tell me that I would not be receiving them. They asked me to pay to have the order resent to me, which I did. They promised me a refund. They only refunded me for some of the items and refused to refund me the remainder of the items until I sent them back. However, I never received them in the first place.So not only did I have to wait three weeks for some thing I ordered and wanted right away, now they will not refund the money for what I purchased. I have emailed them , I have called them twice on the phone and I answered a customer survey and still no refund. They acknowledged to me when I was on the phone with them that they still have not processed the payment to me because of computer or technical issues or some other reason they keep giving me, and knowing that it is their error, they still will not give me my money back

Typical Target. I found what I needed, lines were not too long and prices are always good. I like the convenience of being able to do my groceries next door and paper goods, snacks and beverages at Target. As well as the home items. This was my first time and I will return.

Watched a man enter with no mask today and not a single employee said a word. Small store. Restrooms are in Ill repair. Stalls are missing the entire locking mechanism, allowing you to make mid-piss eye contact with strangers.

Shopped here yesterday (at approximately 4pm on a Saturday). There was no one at the front door managing customer entry or mask adherence. The line for pre-order/pick-up was also the same line for all customer service- which had in excess of eight people waiting in (a non-socially distanced) line with one customer service associate behind the register.I saw several people (two were employees, evident by their red shirt & name tags) holding their masks; several children (all aged 6+) and even several adults not wearing masks. Mask adherence is NY state law!

Disgusting! Target is closed at 6:00pm on a Saturday with no one at the door or signage informing the public as to WHY? You are inconveniencing your customers without an explanation. Who needs you Target?? Take your business small. Never again!
